Check your oil level... all the oil might be on one side and not getting to the oil pump.

I have a 08 falcon v with a 330 in it and it doesn't cool with the plunger. If i take the intake hose before the transom and put a hose in it it comes out the rear exhaust. And it also flows fine from that hose to where the intake to the bottom of the boat. I thought it was the plunger because i couldn't seal it but the problem is its not sucking. What do i do first. Im not taking it to the shop because i know i can fix / replace the problem
