  1. Nice!!

    Like what was mentioned before..

    1. Palms Down

    2. Keep the handle down by your waist. This will keep you balanced and help you recover.

    3. Keep riding switch!

    4. Don't be afraid to jump toeside, even if you take a few more falls.

    5. This is more a personal thing but I think others will agree, when the boat is turning around I like to ride on my heels around the turn. I know I've face planted a couple times riding on my toes and catching a wave or my board turning out from under me. If you do continue to ride on your toes just make sure your edging outward and you shouldn't have this problem.

Keep it up and keep us posted on the progress!

  2. Hopefully it has the automated wakeplate which should knock the wake down a little bit, but at the end of the day it's still a deep V hull and not really meant to ski. Your best bet is to dump your crew and wait till the end of the day when the gas tank is down to get as much weight out of the boat as possible. Hole shot is going to largely depend on the prop which is on the boat and the weight in it. These are just the basics though, hopefully people with these models will chime in soon

  3. Got the boat out on the water, putzed around a little bit near the launch for the temperature to rising and sure enough it skyrocketed past 175 into the 200's so I gave it some gas and took off. (hard to get past the mental block of putting the throttle down to your overheating boat) Sure enough the temp dropped back down to 150 and slowly rose to 175 and held there. We went about a half a mile or so to our riding spot, ready to kill the boat, or rev it when we came to a stop but.... it held a 175 :guitar: Round of high fives throughout the boat and rode the rest of the day it was awesome! Guess the impeller just needed to be broken in to be fully operational. Thanks to everyone on the crew for their input and feedback, it was greatly appreciated. Hopefully others can use this experience and learn from it

  4. I'm not concerned with the engine temperature running through the fake a lake so much as it not taking in the water while at idle. Could be really annoying if I have to rev the engine while changing riders just to get suction. We are pro's now at getting to the impeller so if something does come up or start leaking we should be able to get to it no problem.

    Water testing tomorrow!!
