I have an 07 and like all the other post before, it is a solid boat. Do I want to go bigger yes. The Elite gets cramped with more than 6 people. It is very weight sensitive. But it will do everything you want to do well. If you take care of it it will last a long time. With that said unless its a smoking deal I would hold off for an enzo. End of year is coming quick and people will be looking to unload a boat payment through the winter.

if I make the jump to the XS 650 what would be the minimum amp I would need? I have always heard Wet Sounds love power. I am running the 4 kicker tower speakers and 4 kicker in boats off a kicker ZX350.4.

Any one use POLK MM6501um. Not ready to drop the coin on Wet sounds yet. This is an unexpected need, as I blew up one of my tower speakers this weekend. need something to replace the cheap kickers on the tower.

Has anyone tried the Tako? I have been riding my Buddies Red Rocket the last couple years but it is to big. Im not willing to spend a lot of money on a new board this year. Spent enough on ballast and bags this year so the budget is not there for an expensive board. I really wanted a Mucas but im not sure when it went from a $400 board to a $650 board? Im open for suggestions. $450 is the max budget. Anybody have a Mucas or Blue Lake they want to part with?

Just bought all my goodies for my custom ballast install. I will say that there is an excellent bunch of people at Wake makers. Im going to get the boat out of storage Saturday. I will measure for my custom "enzo" sac and then be making that purchase as well. It is going to be a good summer.......if the weather starts to cooperate. The spring here in Kansas City has sucked to say the least. Im normally on the water by now!

I have a 1645 0n my 07 elite V. best upgrade I ever made to the boat. I could pull a house out of the water, lost 2-3mph on the topend . I cant really tell any difference in fuel economy.

I have an 07 elite V with a PCM. My boat is drive by wire. Most mercruiser equipped boats are cable. I upgraded my perfect pass to stargazer and it was the best money i have ever spent.

ya i finally pulled my head out of my a$$. Been in contact with Troy and all is well. They are out of stock until the 21st of the month,

I bought mine used, but after i had to swap out all 4 dock mounting brackets and all the upright bunk brackets, i could have bought a new one. I f buying used keep in mind what kind of boat was on it last. the one i bought had a bass boat. the upright bunk brackets were to short and my tracking fins would not clear the tank. The dock mounting brackets were not long enough to drop the lift in the water low enough for the boat to clear the bunks. Just helping out not letting anyone make the same mistake i made.

my slip is 10x22 and i have a econolift. most lifts are made to be adjustable for width.
