Yea after I finally got a chance to look at it I found that All the bolts on the coupler fell out.... Better then what I originally thought had broke . Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Yesterday we where on the water cruising along, I put the boat in neutral then went to put it back into gear (forward) and nothing, all it did was rev up. After a couple hours we finally got towed back in.took a look at the prop and it seems like the shaft fell out as the prop was resting on the rudder. I haven't worked on boats and know nothing about the velvet drive/trans but is there a gear on that shaft that meshes with gears in the trans? I'm thinking since that shaft slid out the trans just free reved because the gear pulled out. Any info or help would be much appreciated. Hopefully its not a hard fix Im mechanically inclined I just never had to deal with v drives in boats lol. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Now she is saying that they will fix the cracks because from what she says they found out the gel coat that was being used if it is sprayed on to heavy it has a tendency to Crack... she is not understanding that it's the inner structure of the boat that is trying to blow out the side of the boat. That's what I'm going to suggest I'm sure they have some 09-2011 molds left, bite the bullet and take care of a problem since the manufacturer and there employees who build boats can't even fix Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

The cracks are going length wise protruding outwards the same way they where last time and the same slapping noise is back, basically the inner structure came off again... Like last time. But wait that's what the expandable foam was suppose to stop from happening. All makes sense now why I never got pics, probably just did a quick patch job and reshot it real fast. Explains all the resin that was not cleaned up on the side of the boat but I'm sure the free carpet kit, window seals that fits like pooh an the free non slip material throughout the boat is for... They don't have the mold, they wanted to do a new hull the first time but junked the mold about 2 years ago. My gut feeling is they aren't going to fix it. Thing that pisses me off is the boat went to centurion because it was extensive damage and they wanted to fix it the right way... Well boats only been out a handful of times an the can't say that! is cracking again in the areas they repaired.... Now shell is trying to give me the runaround.. Looks like my only options will be them fixing it with a new hull or scraping it through insurance as the boat is unsafe and will cost too much to fix, stay tuned to see what happens.
