  1. Had a similar problem with my black scorpion 330. Was really bad when pulling someone to the point the engine felt like it was hesitating. Ended up being the fuel pump (replaced both) and fuel pressure regulator. It would idle fine and run fine as log as the motor was not pulling hard and was also fine in neutral while revving. Good news is I would think yours would be under warranty and a dealer could diagnose it.

    I have the black scorpion 330 but had a similar problem. Turned out to be the fuel pump and pressure regulator.
  3. I e-mailed acme last week and they suggested the 517 but I have not pulled the trigger yet.
