Looking at buying an 02 Cyclone as our next boat. We came from a Tige 20i. Just got sick of the direct drive being in the middle of the floor. Don't necessarily need a huge boat but need a little more room. Our riding is 50% surf 25% wakeboarding(beginners) 25% other Looking for a boat that can handle the chop better than the 20i... hold a little more gear and be roomy for 7-8 people. Wife really wants something with a higher freeboard as the Tige 20i would dip the nose pretty bad if you weren't careful and now with a young baby tagging along its pretty important. So looking at any info you guys would have on that too. What should I watch out for? I don't need a world class surf wave or wakeboard wake but it would be nice to have floor space and have an easier time to go ropeless for some of the other less experienced riders we have tag along. I could ride ropeless on our 20i all day with just people and 900# of ballast but my wife got frustrated and quit.

Looking at getting a used boat in the 30-35 range... no higher than 35k. Want the best boat for our money and the best surf wave possible but its rare to see a nice used Avy in that range (that doesn't have major oxidation/tears in seats). But see a some Elites that are real nice in that price range. I am wanting a great surf wave so I know the Avy has the edge but how much difference is the Elite going to be surf wave wise? is the Avy worth the extra 4k-5k over the Elite?

if he knocked 5k off I would jump all over that boat....txt sent...

Got a bead on a nice 03 Avy..... What should i be looking for with this year boat? Still have the great surf wave and great rough water ride? This boat has the walk thru which is fine bc I don't surf goofy.... How's the wakeboard wake?

Love the more white than black 03 Avy.... It has the great surf wave the Avy is known for correct? I personally like the walk thru.... Saves ur vinyl

Looking at buying a 2004 typhoon. What are your opinions on these boats? How's the surf wave? How's wakeboard wake? Any problems to look over? I don't think this is a C4 model. What would you guys pay for a good condition boat without PP?

btw i started my surfin on a IS Squirt and I freaking loved that board until someone stole it....

not fair.... my wife just said last night NO BOARDS this year...... I am dying to try the Mucus..... Is the Mucus good for airs? Will I be able to advance my skills on it or will I end up wanting an upgrade once I get to the point where I want to do tricks?
