  1. At some point someone on here gave me a name and phone number for a gal at Centurion that was the point of contact regarding replacement parts for older Centurion boats. I have a 2003 Cyclone and need some steering parts and/or schematic. Can anyone help?
  2. i am running an 03 Cyclone Elite V and have 750 port locker, 540 passenger locker and a tube sack (350) under the port seat, stock center full and with a few passengers that has the rub rail in the water. Any more weight you could take on significant water if a wave hit you the right way.
  3. If you have the cash I would put a 750 lb bag in the rear locker and wire it just like the factory tank was wired. Do you have Johnson Mayfair pumps? If so you have one to fill and one to drain. Use the two sacs you just bought on the cheap for extra ballast in center of boat on the port side.
  4. i switched everything over to drain and vent on the starboard side but the front port sack wouldn't alwasy fill so I guess i have to put a one way valve on it.
  5. Make sure u finish with 220 grit paper. I was sick of teak oil so I sanded, stained and put two coats of spar urethane. Killer results so far. Holds up way better than teak oil.
  6. Left a message with the new guy to have Spencer call me back and he never did. They were having computer issues last week with shipping and recieving so they were probably slammed trying to clean up that mess.
  7. I have a 750 in my o6 Cyclone rear locker. It fits tight.
  8. Sorry for the long delay. Winter happened and I was distracted. So late last summer I put a ball valve on the drain line leaving the bottom of the bag and it didn't work. This must mean it is finding it's way out the vent line too (even though that is on the top of the fat sac). So I guess from reading this I should switch both the drain and vent lines to the opposite side of the boat. When loaded (surfing) my drain and vent through hulls just below the rub rail are under water. So yes at that point the fat sac is higher than the through hulls. What about the vented loop wakemakers sells?
  9. Weighting a Cyclone C4

First off I would clairfy if you are surfing or WBing.
  10. A check valve will not work becuase water needs to flow out the hose when I turn on the pump to drain the sack. Water is leaking out the drain line. My sacks have a pump to fill and a pump to drain and a vent. Water is not draining out the vent line. It is draining past the drain pump and out the thru hull on the port side. Will relocating the vent to the starboard side really solve this? I don't belive it will. But I haven't heard of other people having to put ball valves in. Is that only becuase of the pump. If I switch to another style pump would this resolve the draining?
  11. 2003 Centurion Cyclone C4 with 1000 GPH Mayfair ballast pumps all around. When I fill my aftermarket sack in port locker in will leak about one third of water after a 20 min surf session. It is leaking past the drain pump. Water is leaking past the pump and out the thu hull. I assume this requires a ball valve?
  12. mine was less than $200 bucks if I remember right. Easy job except accessing bolts by rudder on a v drive. find a smart kid with long little hands to help.
  13. Problem was fixed for $330 at shop. I wasted my money replacing sensors that weren't bad. So i finally took it to shop to have it plugged in to diagnostic. These Centurions have a bunch that can go out so you have to plug it in or guess. Mine was the TPS sensor.
  14. Beep Beep

Usually when the Centurions beep like this and all guages are normal it is a sensor. However, do not just go replacing the pressure sensor, etc. I did this and wasted my money. Finally had to have it plugged in to diagnostic and found out it was TPS sensor. Plug your boat in before you start guessing which sensor is out.
