Hey fellas need some help identifying and finding where to get some parts. Got a 2007 Air Warrior C4 Elite First the steering column- every time we get on the throttle either pulling up a rider or just going for a cruise the steering wheels shacks and a very loud shutter comes from under the dash. I pin pointed the location of this noise and its coming from the column (long squared tube with a hydraulic hose going in one end) Has anyone replaced these before? And any idea part number? The closest dealer is 200+ miles form me so I'm trying to make this as painless as possible. Also the o-ring on the ballast filter broke and is leaking any ideas size? Love when broken parts i take off become instant trash and go over board. or i would of had this problem solved already. Thanks everyone

^^X2 To each their own, but what makes a centurion a centurion? Yes it may have same tech. as other companies but centurion put their twist to it. I like it. I think it will look great out on the water and even better with someone flying/shredding the monster it looks like it will put out. I think we need to see more color combos tho. The all white looks nice but doesn't give the body lines any help. My boat is down on Norris lake in Tenn. and i maybe see 5 or 6 around the area. People always ask "hows the surf? and I've never seen these kinds of boats this way. I like it!" I can see this boat doing the same thing. Its not like all the others following the big dogs foot steps. Looks like centurion took a step on the path not taken and hit a home run. Cant wait to see it in person and even ride behind one. Cheers to the new era of wake boats!

Hey guys got a call from the dealership today and said our heat exchanger is leaking form the center??? can anyone skool me on these ive searched google and cant seem to find it. This "thing" is on the driver side behind the motor at the bottom, colors are grey and blue with a blue plug to drain water. Any ideas??? Thanks!!

kgordon you hit it right on the head my man. Got it back from the dealer and yes its water distributer and yes she had a nice crack down the middle. thanks for the help! Jaret

Birnging the baby home to get the impeller checked again and was on the road about an hour, started to hear a deep rumble and before we new it our driver side rear tire was rolling by us on 75 north near corbin kentucky. To our amazment this is what we found..................... the wheel itself the hub and bent our hitch..... Luckely the truck kept her ground and handled it like nothing happened. She tugged really hard when the wheel came off but straightened back out. Day tripping tommorrow to pick her up and get er back up here. Just a friendly reminder- DONT JUST CHECK THE BOAT, CHECK THE TRAILER ALSO

yea it was but im sure it needed all the work it recieved- its been 3 years with nothing done to the trailer so im sure it was pretty bad all the way around

Update- Ran down to COrbin wednesday evening to pick her up from tghe truck and trailer shop that was working on her. totals came up to $850- Found 2 used rims but still in great shape 1 new tires for the new spare tire (never had a spare until now) New Hub, rotar, and caliper All bearings checked and repacked Entire trailer checked and serviced A couple of odds and ends (straps, bungies, etc.) Labor came out to only $140 so the parts added up quite quickly Like i said it could of always been worse and we had some luck on our side that day. Its a good piece of mind knowing that not just the boat is serviced and ready for the season, but the trailer also is in tip top shape now. Thanks for all the care guys! Wel be back on the water this weekend! No shop work was done on the trailer itself, a couple weeks prior to putting her up for the winter we pulled the wheel to go have a nail patched and feel we didnt tighten the lugz all the way when we put the tire back on. so im not going to name any names but the suspect has a tendency of half a**ing things like this. But he has been confronted about it and im sure it wont happen again

Thanks for everything guys, yea its still kind of got me bummed and shocked that it happened and looks the way it does, but ive heard it once before and will hear it again..... IT COULD HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WORSE..... The shop called today said all parts will be in tom. sometime, no word on price yet, but thats not a worry. will update as soon as i hear anything. Thanks again guys!!! I dont trust anything but the Blue Oval towing my toys When you have just under 7K lbs. i feel quite safe rolling down the road

Very Nice sorry but got to give props to my fords boys out there lol heres my 01' F-250 6.8 V10. Packin about 14.5 MPGs all the time so not to bad. A couple mods- AEM Brute Force intake, 22" mazzi Hulk wheels on 32 inch tires, Indash touch Kenwood 5140. Gets the jobs done

Ed, last time i checked centurion website i thought i saw something about Ford vehichles being recomended :-) hahahah im just playing yall, but once joe told me bout you breakin down i turned and in a mean tone asked my dad if he happened to have passed a broken down centurion ( i was sleeping :-) lol). He said no which was good cause i would have flipped a lid if he would have passed you guys. Hope all is fixed and ready for the next trip :-) if ya ever need a tow, let me know

Hey guys, this weekend we took a short weekend trip to get the baby out of winterization and right off the bat we had problems. We started to pull her out and had to reajust, but once put into reverse she would not move a single inch, we had to disconnect and hand move. We had no idea what was going wrong since the trailors are equiped with (correct me if im wrong) hydrolic brakes? well the way we got it to work was use a little pin thingy from another trailor we had and put it into the slot so that the tongue could not go all the way into the trailor. later on i found the cap (under the removable black cap) to the oil pan? there was very little oil left, COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM? if it is WHAT KIND OF OIL DOES IT TAKE? big show, we were down last weekend and it really wasnt to terribly bad with a shorty on, def could be better but really it wasnt to bad at all, biggest thing we had prob. with was a ton of sticks n logs in the water, im really stoked for this weekend its ganna be awesome. o and what time yall looking at meeting at freddys for pizza?
