So I stumbled across what I think was a deal September of last year. 2005 Centurion avalanche storm series. The previous owner used it for pulling tubes, never used the ballast system, just pulled tubes and took the family out fishing and never used the ballast tanks. He was the 3rd owner, I am now the 4th. Im new to owning a boat and know nothing about them, especially wake boats. I want to start getting it ready for this 2022 summer. I pulled the ballast tanks, cleaned everything and and am now trying to figure out what works and how it works. Im having a hard time finding out how the ballast system works for my particular boat. A previous owner messed with some wiring, i say that because one of the ballast tank switches is used as a light switch.... and i can see where they spliced. If i could just get a link that showed me how the system works, or if someone explained to me how it should work, it would help greatly. I see each bag has its own pump, and in the middle of the boat in front of the trans there looks to be a bigger pump with some gate valves??? I was a diesel mechanic for 10 years and went to pursue mechanical contracting 8 years ago, I can figure things out with time, but with no idea on how the system is suppose to function... im pissing in the wind.
