Hello All, My heater core went and I removed it out of my boat last weekend. I looked at the box and noticed that the housing is all riveted together. Has anyone else had to repair theirs? How do you get the core out of the housing without drilling out the rivets? Any suggestions would be helpful?

Feed and return for heater?

Did you replace your heater core? It is apparent that my boat wasn't winterized properly and my heater core is cracked. Is removing the core fairly easy? -

September Picture Thread

As summer is coming to a close up here in Canada - just thought I would send a couple pictures of my little guy. -
Go to the top of Grouse Mtn and have dinner there (You will see Vancouver from an elevations of 3300') - probably one of the most romantic spots on the planet.

Where are you heading exactly?

oil consumption?
Hatzic2010 replied to smitty1258's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
Either you have a leak, or your motor is burning oil - how many hours do you have on it? I dont have to add any oil at all in between changes and I have almost 500 hours on my boat. -
LENCO TRIM TAB KITS
Hatzic2010 replied to Hatzic2010's topic in Centurion Boat Accessories, Electronics and Modifications
I ordered the kit from POCO Marine about a month ago and it should be in next week. Once I install it - I will make a post about the double parts. -
47 This year and 4 kids - the oldest turning 19. Had to raise these kids, Ice Hockey, school etc., not to mention build a company. Now its all good and looking forward to retirement in less than 10 years - yeah. Cant wait to spend my retirement life with a house on a lake and the kids and grandchildren spending the summer riding hard behind the boat.

They were really great at: CIPA. Wanda sent me a picture of all the parts they had and I picked the ones I needed and they put them in the mail - free off charge. I highly recommend CIPA to anyone.

Boat Trailer Stolen in Osoyoos
Hatzic2010 replied to bob in fort mac's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
Hope they get the #%$#* guy. Let us all know. Can't believe you come over to Alberta and then this happens? -
Unfortunately, its not just the Knob/Nut in the front, but the washer assembly in the back that fits into the square slot. I just can't belive it came apart.
-
No joke, that was their response - I will call them tomorrow and let you know. I have also contacted SKYLON who makes the swoop tower.
-
Darn, it's 30 degrees, but can't make it out today.

As I drove up to Osoyoos this week (Yeah same place that the trailer was stolen), the CIPA bolt came loose and my rear view mirror fell off. I contacted CIPA directly and they don't have the parts to attach the mirror back to my arm. (See pictures). Can anyone help about finding parts etc? Otherwise I am screwed and this one will find the garbage can (Over a %#$& bolt). Hope one of you can help.
