  1. I bought a 2015 FS33 last month and got to use it a few times before fall weather hit this year. I am seeing a few strange issues with the touch screen control systems. I'm guessing a firmware update might fix it, but haven't figured out if that is possible yet. I have seen a bunch of people post that they "received new firmware from their dealer" but I can't find anywhere to check for updates or any instructions on how to do the update. I bought used from a private seller, so I won't be getting anything from any dealer. So my questions: 1 - Is there a place to download software or firmware updates for the touchscreens? And are their instructions for how to do this? 2 - One of the issues is that when I first turn the ignition on and the screens boot, it immediately starts trying to fill the PnP ballasts and sets the ZeroOff system to 11mph. It seems like it is defaulting to a strange preset when I first power on. This is strange behavior right? Thanks in advance for any help on this. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions in the first year. This boat is way more complex than my first Centurion, which was a 2006 SV230. That one was easy

  3. It appears my quick surf needs to be reset. Even using the pre-loaded riders the surf tabs are not deploying properly. I can't get a wave on the Goofy side at all even with the ballast filled from the factory settings. Quick surf has worked perfectly for the year I've owned the boat but now it seems to have a computer glitch of some type. Any suggestions how to reset the quick surf or computer?

  6. Hey guys, we have been having a very annoying problem (that has started to lead to other problems I think) where all our surf tabs will not move to where we have them set till the boat is in motion and water is being pushed on them. We think there may be a computer problem that may have been fixed in a update but we're not sure if our computer is on the most recent version so I was wondering if any of you could tell me all your computer and software versions so I could compare. Also we know it's not the actual piston that pushes the plate because we can edit the quick surf settings and that will move the tabs buts it's kind of just a hassle and that's not what boating should be! Thanks!
  7. Hey I have read a few of you guys/girls have had situation with a ramfill filling and not emptying properly etc and some other "quirks". We had the starboard ram fill full although ballast screen suggested empty and it appears the pump behind the bench seat in engine bay had sprung open and the black retaining clip broke. Also a few times when turning in a slightly tight end of the lake whilst surfing the quick surf tabs get stuck and battery/breaker needs turning off/on to work again. But I believe there might be a factory software update for the Ri's? or is it just the 257? We currently have: Application 2 8 10499 OS 2 8 10100 Bootloader 2 9 10110 Software L 2.8.10518 20161104 R 2.8.1051820161100 Is this the latest?
