We have burned through 2 tires on the front passenger side both in under 1200 miles because the arm connected to the axle is bent and causing the tire to ride on the inner corner. Took it all apart and appears the axle is file, but the arm is not even flush on the axle when initially mounting. 2017 Supreme S238. Who can I contact about a replacement arm?

I am looking to get a tow vehicle to tow the boat. The main vehicle is a 2012 Tundra (11000+ tow capacity). However I need something specifically for the summer and the Nissan X-terra is within my budget. It is rated at 5000LB's towing capacity driver and full gas tank included. The boat is a 2007 Centurion Cyclone C4: Curb Weight: 3300LBS Trailer Weight: 1100 LBS (Not 100% Sure) Fuel Weight: 100 LBS Extras Weight: 200 LBS Extras Include Tower Racks, Tower Speakers, Amp, Sub, Boards, and Safety Equipment. This comes in at ~4700-4800 LBS which is just shy of the towing capacity. Would be looking to tow the boat approximately 30 miles twice a week (Weekends) during the summer months. Thanks for any input guys!
