  1. I'm a newby to the site and I recently purchased a 2003 Avalanche. This is my first my first wake/surf boat and I need advice on how to set up the boat for surfing. The factory locker ballasts have been replaced by wave maker 1100lb. sacs in each locker and it also has a factory center ballast. Is this boat capable of a surf wake? How much weight in the ballasts? Trim plate position? Please help!
