100hr service

Hello Crew! New to the forum and first time centurion boat owner. Trying to find out what suppose to be done on the 100hr service. I went to a couple of local shop for a quote on a 100 hr service and all was different with different prices. Starting to think i should just do the service myself and save some $$$. I have a 05 lightning with a 5.7liter mercruiser engine. I called to order my parts and the parts person ask me a couple question i could not answer. He asked if my engine takes the bigger or smaller oil filter and fuel filter water sep. How would I know which filters it takes? which type of v drive fluid does it take for walter v drive? Also when replacing the impeller which one do I do? The impeller kit or impeller? There is a big difference in price, from $30 to $130. So far this is what i think needs to be done for the service. Oil & filter change, v drive fluid change, fuel filter water sep, impeller, spark plug and cap. I'm I missing something? Anybody knowS of a great parts department to order parts from? Thanks Crew.
