  1. So, got back to my slip Saturday f from a w Indy session and my bilge was spitting out major water. Pulled the lid and disvoverd 6 inches of water in my block!! It was hard to make out but I could faintly see the center plug sitting at the bottom of the transom. It took much effort to reach it, and once I got it it took greater effort to extract myself from the engine compartment(could have used someone pulling on my legs). Got the plug back jn and after 20 minutes of bildge and some tsunami pump action, she started right up. Scary sight to see your block underwater (sorry to hear about your troubles Chowder). Moral is fellas, check your plugs before launching.
