  1. Photos of boat available. Potentially selling. Runs like a champ but no steering cable
  2. Hello to all!! I cant find any owners manual for my 1993 falcon or any how to videos or diagrams for the steering cable. Was out getting the boat ready for summer and lost steering. Noticed the steering cable hanging free under the wheel. Any information on replacing it would be amazing! Even willing to send $$ if someone can provide very good information, video, or step by step. Thank you in advance for helping a man’s dreams steer again!
  3. Looking at an 89 Centurion Falcon closed bow 20' What are the common issues with these boats? have not had one but have owned boats for 30+ years. Thanks for any constructive input you may have.
  4. I Just picked up a 1991 Centurion Falcon open bow I bent the prop shaft and can't find any information on the correct size shaft I need there are a ton of falcon shafts out there but none of them match what I measured which is 51"L X 1" o.d I have never heard of a 1" o.d shaft every falcon shaft online ebay etc. are all 1" 1/8 so any help out there as to the size I need or locating a new or used shaft would greatly be appreciated!
  5. We talked about this in the "Older Centurion" thread. Do you have a Tru-Trac or a Falcon? If yes, post a pic or multiple pics of it here. Have a good work around or modification, post it here. Questions? Post them here. I have some old brochures, I'll post them up this evening. Here's a pic of my 1993 open bow Falcon.
  6. Bought this 1st-generation 1991 Falcon V from a guy in Michigan back in 2014. Immediately installed a tower. After a few seasons, the upholstery was so beat I had to replace. Seat boxes were only 5" deep, so the storage under the seats was almost useless. I decided to rebuild the seat boxes adding 3" in height, now the storage is much better, and you don't feel like your sitting all the way on the floor. When thinking about re-upholstering the doghouse-style engine cover, I really wanted to build wrap-around seating. Been working on the engine box over the last few months. Built the structure and did all the upholstery work myself. Fun project but a lot of work! I'll have to do separate posts for the pictures.
  7. Hi, Looking to get some info possibly. We have a local group of slalom skiers who recently skied behind a 1998 Falcon Tru Trac III. BEST. SLALOM. WAKE. EVER.(Most off us ski 15 off to 22 off @ 34. ) We ski behind a nautique 200 and Prostar regularly and all off us were shaking our heads asking where this boat has been. Does anyone have history behind the hull design and which boat iterations shared the same hull. Thanks for help.

  11. Hi Centurion Crew! I am searching for a late 80's to Mid 90's Ski Centurion Falcon (Open Bow). I am located in Portland, Oregon but I am not afraid to have the right boat shipped. + If you happen to own a Open Bow Centurion drop me a line (Even if you are not ready to sell). I'm not in a rush. Just looking for the right Falcon. + If you happen to know someone who owns a Falcon BowRider please share this wanted ad with them. + As long as the "gel coat" is serviceable I am not afraid of a project. (Mechanical, Interior, Etc.) In case you were wondering. I have $CASH$ (I do not require a loan). Thank you for your time and thank you for reading. PS - I am not interested in a closed bow boat. Why a Centurion? I worked on a lake when I was in High School. I was delivering a Centurion to a customers home and it stalled while docking. I put my legs out so the bow wouldn't hit. I have a pretty nice scar on my calf from that day. Flash forward 20 years and I started thinking about an older ski boat that I could make perfect. Of course .......It has to be a Centurion.
  12. Hi Everybody, I'm new to the forum here and I'm hoping you might have some input that could help me with my boat shopping. I was on the verge of buying an 80's closed bow ski boat when the wife popped in and said that if we get a boat it has to be a walk thru open bow. Not just open bow, but a walk thru open bow. So now I'm on the hunt. I'm looking for a boat that is first and foremost a walk thru open bow, but on my end, I want the best slalom boat that I can buy while still satisfying her walk thru open bow requirement. I had it narrowed down to a 93-97 malibu echelon LX or a 92-95 Mastercraft prostar 205. Then I'm browsing ads and seeing a bunch of centurions for sale with walk thru open bows and I'm wondering to myself how good the slalom wake is. The trouble I'm having is in finding any information on the old centurions like magazine reviews, articles, or even a brochure. Do any of you know where I can get information on the old 90's centurions? Otherwise, do any of you know what centurion open bow is the best for slalom, and if it is better than or the same as the two boats mentioned above? below are the links to 3 boats that are catching my eye right now. Thanks for any input you might have. 13. Hey there gang... Thanks for the forum as it looks that you guys have a lot of info that you are willing to share which is great. Reminds me of the Mercedes forum I used to visit a lot. This is my first foray into the Centurions, just sold my '74 Nautique and I have loads of questions about various things including stuff like fuel capacity etc. It does not appear that there are many resources for info on this boat although the Indmar site is pretty decent with teh manuals. I luckily have some really good info on my old Nautique so I can pull some of the 351 info from those manuals although it was a PCM motor, but does anyone know how you can find more info on this specific boat? Just basic stuff even would be helpful like is this boat fitted with a wet packing, I am pretty sure as it has no water hose leading to it but just trying to figure everything out. Maybe other owners out there that I can exchange some emails with? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide and look forward to hitting the water this year with the new (old) ride...
