So I am looking at purchasing my first boat to wakesurf on. Used to wake board off the back of an older Mariah Shabbah 212. I found a 2005 centurion lightning, looks like it’s a c4 from the seating I believe ? From what I read. Anyone familiar with this boat ? Pros and cons ? 2007 c4 typhoon single battery, no auto-bilge?

Just picked up my 2007 c4 typhoon after coming off a natique SuperSport because it’s 2’ longer, and a 1’ wider w/ built in ballast. we are very excited but noticed a couple of things and wanted to see if others made modifications, or if it has been an issue at all for the crew: 1) it only has a single battery: which so does my truck so big deal right? But all other boats I’ve been on have had a starting battery and an accessory battery. This way you could switch the battery to just acc and Moore your boat listing to music w/o worrying about a dead battery - is this something I should have wired in? also 2) it doesn’t seem to have a float bilge just a standard bilge. My old boat had 2 bilge a manual bilge and a float bilge that would kick on if water reached a certain level in the compartment that I could always leave on so that when I left the boat moored at the slip I wouldn’t have to worry about a storm if the cover blew off etc am I over thinking this? - thanks!!! -
08 Centurion Avy C4 - Bilge pump question

I have a new-to-me Avy C4 I got last week and put it in the water for the first time yesterday. I noticed that the bilge bump kept coming on every 20 minutes or so, shooting out the same amount of water each time (20-30 seconds). We parked the boat on the water and sat for about an hour and I turned the pump on again, shot out the same amount of water. Waited about 10 more minutes, then turned it on again and it shot out the same amount yet again. I checked the plug under the back seat every 30 mins or so, and it seemed to have the same amount of water in it constantly and didn't appear to fluctuate. The previous owner said he only had the issue when he had his ballast bags full, something about that type of bag having a coupling leak that needed to be fixed on the bag I believe. I didn't fill the bags up the entire time we were on it though, so I don't think that is the issue. I have seen some post about the shaft packing on other boats possibly being the culprit, but I couldn't find anything on this particular model. Any help or tips you guys could post would be greatly appreciated. -
Can anyone tell me where I can find a wiring diagram for a 2006 Centurion Elite C4? I am having some issues with my speedometer and tach bouncing around and sticking at the max. mechanic suspects some kind of wiring problem but would like a diagram if possible. Just trying to track one down. thanks in advance.

06 Elite V C4 Air Warrior Steering Cable

Hi All, New owner of an 06 Elite V C4 Air Warrior that needs a steering cable replacement. I tried to check the number on the current cable to know which length cable to buy but the white lettering was illegible. I've read that Avy owners bought a 20ft Teleflex but I wanted to make sure that I am buying the right cable since mine is a foot shorter than the Avy. Thanks in advance! Cheers! -

Just want to say hello and ask what I'm sure will end up being, a TON of questions. I just bought a 2011 Avalanche C4! (taking delivery in a week or 2). I'm excited to say the least. This is my family's first boat and we can't wait to get on the water. Thanks in advance for any and all help. 2 questions to start... 1. The edges of the swim platform cover are peeling up. Do you guys recommend a factory style pad or sea dek/ gator step style? I'm a handy guy, so making one from scratch to save $$ is a plus. 2. The boat does not have the bow filler cushion. It's not a major priority, but I thought I would start early in my search. The interior is Light Grey/Too Blue Thanks again for the add and I look forward to getting to know you all, Richie -
2004 Centurtion avalanche Ballast setup

Hey guys, thanks in advance for any help. I am trying to get a good wake setup on my 2004 c4 avalanche. I can never seem to get it right, I have 750 pounds in the port side locker. I have another 200 I believe in under the seats on the port side. I feel like my wake is very short and doesn't create enough thrust for a 215 pound man. My wife does just fine. I would like a longer cleaner wake. This winter I am going to install a custom automatic system and want to make the right decisions. I was planning on a 1250 pound custom enzo sack that runs under the seat. Thanks. -
Boatmate Centurion Trailer Fitment Inquiry

Good afternoon friends- I am looking at purchasing a new boat trailer and came across a '17 Boatmate that was designed for an '03 Typhoon. I currently have a 2005 Elite C4. What are your thoughts for fitment? I am going to call Boatmate today, but ultimately I'm sure they will elude to buying a new custom trailer from them. Before I waste the sellers time, I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks so very much ahead of time. -

Tower Brand/Model? (for 2005 Centurion Cyclone C4)

Hey, I can't find my tower brand/model for my 2005 Centurion Cyclone C4 (bought the boat used a few years ago and the previous owner said it came with the tower installed). I have looked everywhere for pics of towers that look like mine and can't seem to find any! The tower does have a sticker on the top that says "CYCLONE" but that is it. Attached are a few pics of it. Any help figuring out what tower I have would be greatly appreciated! -
Pro flight G-force tower "modification"

I currently have a 2005 Elite C4 with a pro flight g force tower on it. I have to say, I have been satisfied with it but due to a recent move I cannot get it in to my garage unless I completely remove it. I had some minor issues while putting it back together, but spoke with Tim today and he was very informative and getting some new harware out to me. While speaking with him he mentioned there is a modification that he can make to collapse the tower down even further. Has anyone done this modification? Any comments, concerns, thoughts?? Thanks a million and l have give props on the website!!! Great work. -
Speedo and Alignment Problem

Took my new-to-me 05 Centurion Elite C4 on its maiden voyage today. Everything all good except I have no speedo and the steeringwheel (rudder) seems to be 90 deg off to the port side (pulls starboard when positioned straight). I guess my question is, what are some things or logical steps to troubleshoot speedo now that its in my driveway AND can a guy align the rudder and wheel pretty easily? I'm no stranger to the wrenches, just looking for some "check this first" advice before I get to tearing into it, I'd like to get back on the lake fully working ASAP! Thanks in advance! I just bought a used 2005 Elite V C4 with a tower. I've been trying to figure out which tower I have so I can order a cover. Boat is shrinkwrapped, don't wanna open it up until I have the cover in hand. I've tried to get help from Centurion, but they don't have the tower model for my Boat serial on file. Anyone on here think they can identify the tower by the pics? Thanks, much appreciated.

Hello everyone, New to the forum and been around boating my whole life. Havent been doing a whole lot of it the last few years however. I am only 24 but would love more than anything to purchase a used like 06' Centurion Air Warrior Elite V C4. There actually is yellow one right now for sale in my area (Boise) however they want like $30,000 or somewhere in there. I dont think I am in any place at the moment to be purchasing a boat anyhow. My parents have an 06 Reinell 20'-21' inboard/outboard with a tower and such that is a good time to get out on, but it is no V drive machine! I guess ultimately I signed up here because I like Centurion boats and want to learn more about them with the hope of purchasing one in the future. Also I do get fairly confused on the packages. Anyway I'll be a lurkin'!
