  1. Lets see those WAVES regular goofy ? both sides name your boat and weight!!! SURFS UP 2011 ENZO SV230 3000+lbs or somethin like that
  2. Crew- I just purchased a 2005 SV230 and need some help with trim tab set up. It has the fixed trim tab and I want a power option to clean up the goofy/starboard wave. The problems I see...I can not mount to the back of the transom (not enough room)...The underside is notched out 12" x 2" and it has 4 big holes after I remove the current plate I have read over countless threads on what other have done. I think I have some great options just need a bit of input and clarity from you guys. I think the easiest option is the Bennett X14 or X18, second is the wing plate (may need some modifying), and third is a full custom built wing plate. I don't care about the difficulty of this project I just want the best surf wave as a result. My Ballast set up: I have gutted the factory ballast system and upgraded to Johnson rev pumps, 1' thru hull, and Envo sacks on either side. I was trying not to have to use any bags in the boat if possible. I do have a 400lbs sack if needed. Please let me know what the best option is!!! Thanks, dma
  3. Hey guys, I have an Enzo that I would like to pull the trigger on. I am looking for someone in the Austin Texas area who could go out and view the boat for me on Monday or Tuesday. The seller is on vacation and will not be available until next week. I would appreciate any help and would be happy to compensate you for your time. The boat is used so I would be more comfortable having it checked over prior to purchase. Thanks , Travis
  4. I DIDNT KNOW IF THIS MOD WOULD WORK ,FEW HOURS OF TIME,LESS THAN 40$IN PARTS,THE WELDING WAS FREE THANKS KEN"FATHER IN LAW" STOLE THE SPECS OFF THE FX-22 PLATE. THE PLATE ON THE ENZO 230 ISNT 13"LONG ITS AROUND 12"BECAUSE OF THE BENDS THAT WERE MADE ON THE PLATE. WITH THE PLATE UP IT DELIVERS A LONG CURLING WAVE LITTLE RAMPY. WITH THE PLATE DOWN ITS AWESOME IM RUNNING IT AT 20%IT MAKES THE WAVE TALLER AND MORE RAMPY SUPER SICK, NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE I WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOUR SERIUOS ABOUT SURFING. IM RUNNING ENZO SACS,FLOOD GATES AND BOW BALLAST, I DIDNT NEED TO FILL UP THE ENZO SACS ALL THE WAY I TAKE IT TO THE RIBBON ON THE BOAT, THE NEW VENT SCOOPS WORK GREAT BUT ANY MORE WEIGHT AND WATER WILL BOIL OVER IF YA KNOW WHAT I MEAN AND I ONLY HAD 3 PEOPLE IN THE BOAT. IM STILL GONNA RUN SOME MORE TEST. I GOT STAINLESS PLATES,THEY RAN AROUND 40$ FOR THE METAL, MADE THE TEST ONES OUTA STEEL THEY RUST OH WELL JUST A TEST. IM THINKING ABOUT EXTENDING THE PLATE TO 8.5"INSTEAD OF 6.5 LIKE ON THE FX-22. SO FAR SO GOOD I LIKE WHAT IM SEEING. I WISH CENTURION WOULD JUST MAKE A BOLT ON APP IT REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE USED A PIECE OF SHEET METAL FOR TEMPLATEHAD FATHER IN LAW WELD UP SOME PLATES SAME THICKNESS AS STOCK PLATE1/8"THICK DRILLED 3 HOLES EACH SIDE USED 3/4"BOLTS WITH LOCK NUT LOOKING GOOD SMOOTHFIRST TEST ITS FINALLY CURLING AND CLEANCLOSE UP OLD WAVE LAST YEAR SUPER CHOPPY LOTS OF WHITE WATER ALL OVER THE TOP THANKS ALL
  5. I've learned that it is easier to teach when the boat is only partially ballasted. Here is a trailer of my kids 1st time wakesurfing.
  6. They look great?they seem to work pretty good But, when I turn the opposite direction of the wave to pick up a downed surfer the water rolls in, when I turn into the wave they seem to work better. I think I'm going to get another Atwood 4000 since my boat is prewired for another blower fan and just cover the goofy side scoop with some vinyl tape and run the port blower. Maybe put the blowers on a rocker switch idk. I'm tired of my stb locker getting wet I think it makes my cruise control a little screeewy when that black gps thingy magggiger get wet Any suggestions? Or has anybody else ran into this issue I'm pretty sure those black deals in both lockers gps the speed for the cruise control I think??? Gimme some thoughts
  7. Does anyone know what the thread pitch is the Fly High Enzo sacs? I'm upgrading my pumps and am wondering if I can buy the fittings locally to save some money and time. Thanks
  8. Just looking for help on options for upgrading my ballast system 2011 Enzo sv230. Looking for that perfect surf wave. Pics/diagrams would be awesome.
  9. I'm considering buying a 2007-2009 ENZO for wake surfing and wake boarding. I would like to spend $40-$50K. I'm located in Kelowna, BC and have the following questions. 1. How important is the amount of hours compared to the year? For example am I better off with a 2007 boat with lower hours or a 2009 boat with more hours? Should I dismiss boats with 200+ hours? 2. It is my understanding the hull is the same from 2007-2009, please confirm. What are the major differences from 2007-2009? 3. What diligence should I perform to ensure there are no issues? 4. I have read mixed opinions about sideswipe exhaust, is this a benefit or disadvantage? 5. Are there common mechanical/electrical issues that EZNO owners experience that I should watch for? 6. How important is the length, for example a 22ft compared to 23ft or 24ft? Thanks in advance. Brian
  10. So I have been looking around and it seems like if surfing is the primary goal, it is best to replace whatever factory ballast there is with large sacs. In my case I think I'll throw in an enzo sac in the port side and keep the factory ballast on the starboard or throw in a small 400lbs sac. The boat I'm looking at has just the two factory midship tanks (no 400lbs bow tank). I'm pretty sure that setup will deliver a good wake, but I've been looking around for some time and many people stress the addition of bow ballast to lengthen the pocket. The main questions I have are: 1) Is bow ballast useful in creating a nice surf wake behind an enzo sv230? 2) If so, how easy (and expensive) would it be to plumb a sac where the factory one would have been? 3) I'm not very useful at mechanics; could I get a dealer to plumb them in and install larger pumps at a reasonable price?
  11. I'm looking into picking myself up a 2007/08 enzo sv230 for the summer. I have fallen in love with wakesurfing over the past couple years and have narrowed down my boat selection. I've been looking into a 2007 that is completely stock I'm pretty sure. To get this boat kicking up a beautiful wave I'm just wondering what modifications I should make. Is it possible to add the two rear factory tanks and bow ballast? Would it be better to just add Enzo sacs in the rear lockers? Also if anyone has any pricing advice and what would be a good deal for this boat please let me know! Cheers!
  12. New 244 Enzo

Just picked up the new boat. Taking it to the stereo shop on Monday. Can't wait to get it on the water!
  13. I’ve read a lot of posts where people say you need a reverse prop rotation to get a good goofy wake. Well, I’ve heard that, with the new 2012 Enzo 244’s, the regular and goofy wakes are both great – that Centurion has fixed this issue. All one has to do is make a one-time minor adjustment to the rudder (???) with an Allen wrench and then you don’t have to mess with it again. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
