im up in big lake. usually get out at least 3 times a week. the lake usually isnt too busy so we get some good surfing in.

if you want custom stainless pieces cut or engraved you could try Roadsknz. its all stick on stainless accessories for anything you can imagine. he specializes in semi trucks, but can make pieces for anything. custom cut and engraved with anything you can imagine. its all stick on application. being stick on it has the 3m adhesive on the back and does not come off easily, so you wouldnt have to worry about it coming off with everyday weather. check it out, its pretty simple and reasonably priced.

aluminum... will always corrode/oxidize. its a soft metal. if it has a clear coat on it, you could probably sand it off with a d.a. sander and some 600 and then 800 grit sand paper. you could aslo get the clear coat remover from busch enterprises. clear coat remover. either way, you need to keep up on aluminum, take it from a truck driver. you can then polish it with a liquid polish, such as california customs purple polish and a soft pad similar to buffing paint on a car, or use a buffing wheel, and rouge, which you can also find on the busch site. it will all depend on how bad the aluminum is. if it needs to be cut down a lot due to scraches and pitting youd be better off buffing on it with rouge. if you just need to get the oxidation off of it purple or any liquid aluminum polish would work for that matter.
