Wake Plate/Weight for goofy surf wake?

Good morning everyone, This is my first post on here. Just bought a 2005 cent avy last year and having a little bit of a hard time dialing in the goofy surf wake. I have changed out the hard tanks for 750s on each side so I don't believe that's the problem. My question is where does the wake plate need to be? It's manually adjustable so I can't just adjust as I go. Or any other advice? I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance, mike
