Oh and my budget is around 3,000. I have a guy who will sell me wetsounds at 25% off retail. So I should be in my budget after the 2 amps, sub, and 2 650s.

Wow what great responses! I'll try and answer some and give an update... I spoke to Mark @ WS. Here's what he suggested after I said I want to re-power the revs and add two way-650's and add a sub/amp. "2 pairs) REV 8 SYN-DX 2.3 HP : you will run them parallel and get 300 watts to each unit. Use 12ga wire for these speakers. (4 pairs) XS-650-S sinister SD4 : you can run a pair on each channel from 1 to 4 and get 170 watts to each unit. You can use 12ga or 14ga wiring for this. (XS-XXX)- SYN-DX 2.3 HP : you will bridge both channels to each sub and get 1200 Watts. Use 8ga wire for the XXX" The battery switch is the newer style electric relay/isolator. It's on/off and then has an ! Mark position for using both batt in case of emergency start. So my understanding is in the "on" mode the device electronically switches back and forth between both batteries and senses when one is dead. I've calculated the total wattage at around 3700 with this new setup... so the WS guy said I should be ok with 2 batts but he was honest and isn't 200% knowledgeable with the calculations of that kind of thing. I also called XS power today and they have the XS3000 battery that will provide 3000watts for 240 minutes. So I'm going to check that wattage rating on my interstate batteries and go from there. I'm also unsure if I need to get a larger alternator...? The boat has a built in charger so I may just bring my little Honda lunchbox generator and plug a cord into the boat if we are beached for hours/overnight. Or is that unrealistic?

FYI- night riding is the bees knees. Illegal or not we do it all the time! Call me a lawbreaker is guess... ?

Well from what I've read and been told the sd series or some nice ARC amps would get me much better and louder sound out of the existing speakers. Oh and I forgot to mention I do plan on doing that WS420- those things are sweet! What sort of LEDs are you referring to? Oh and do you guys suggest I add a 3rd battery due to the extra load from new sub/amps? Someone suggested replacing both batteries and installing two 6 volts. What do you think?

Right now it has the full stereo package except for the 500 W upgraded sub it just has the standard 10 inch 250 W sub which is garbage, so that's the number one thing I want to upgrade. I'm thinking a triple acts or a JL 12 inch and a dedicated amp. The four rev 8s on the tower and the six WS650 speakers in the boat are all powered by syn2 and a syn4 amp. From what I've read the sea in series from what sounds are around 40% efficiency rating so I want to upgrade the amps to all the speakers and get an app that is more efficient and put a little more wattage to the speakers as well. So does anyone have an upgraded system in their boat if so what exactly did you do and what did it cost you? I have little experience when it comes to car audio so I think I'm going to bring it to a stereo shop here in Las Vegas but I wanted to see if I could get any ideas from you guys; especially when it comes to the sub enclosure and stuff. Thanks in advance for any input.

Hey guys I am at around 50 hours after my first season on my 2014 fx44. I plan to change the impeller, engine oil/filter, fuel filter, and check/change v-drive/trans fluid. What do you guys recommend for engine oil? 5-30 semi-syn is what I've been told. Any other things I should check/change? Please chime in, thanks!

We stick a broom handle down the opposite side to open the vent. Before I knew to do that it was a PITA!!! I've been told u can remove the inline valve and just couple a new piece of straight hose. I haven't. I'm fine w/ the broom stick option. Lol

I have a '14 fx44... It stays in a huge 4 bay rv garage/shop. I can take measurement if you'd like? We keep tower up and just fold the tongue so there's less to have to walk around, and not bang your knee as much. Lol

Hey guys finally got my '14 fx44 from tracker boats Houston! Amy the GM ended up being a pleasure to work with and she coordinated it getting wrapped ($450) and met the shipper ($1000) I hired. He did an awesome job and communicated the entire time w/ pics and videos during the haul. If anyone wants his info I highly recommend him and have no problem giving his number out. I'd post a pic but I don't know how! :-/ lol

Hey guys so I've been looking at boats for a few months now and have decided centurion is the boat for me, all I want to so is wake surf. Not much wake boarding. I like the idea of displacing water to make wake vs dragging water (surf gate on axis/Malibu). I first saw the basspro shop "tracker boat" dealer in Houston had a few 14s for around 75-82k. So I was looking at their sv244 ($75k) and the white/blue fx44- http://houston.trackerboatingcenter.com/mobile/BoatDetails/2014-Centurion-Enzo-FX44/4692611.aspx ($79k) but I got a lil weary due to all the things I've heard about them and their customer service over the phone so far hasn't been very good. As if they don't even want to sell the damn boats. Weird. SO... I've been talking to Tim at Mattas marine in grand junction, co who seems to be an awesome guy! He was consulting me on the tx boats before I even considered buying one of his boats. He was encouraging of me buying the white/blue fx44 as long as it didn't have any lot-rot. Anyway, I called him last week and explained I changed my mind on the tx boats and said "what do you have that can compare or that you are willing to cut the price on"? He said he would do $72,900 on the green fx44 he has. They were asking $89k. It's a 14 w/ 239 hrs (is that too many?) and it has the 550 supercharged motor. Only options ive noticed it doesn't have is the extra pair of speakers on tower and the LED lights on the speakers. UPDATE- So... I ended up going with the 14 fx44 from Houston tracker boats. They came down to $75k. I'm getting full warranty which I verified through centurion. $900 to ship it on a flatbed to Vegas, so my trailer tires will stay new. Going to have it wrapped in vynil b4 shipper picks up for $450. Should be ready tues/weds! Thanks for all the input and responses guys! ?????

How would it be 2.9%? I'm a nv resident and assumed it would be our tax rate...?... Which is 6.85% I believe.

Oh and I forgot to mention I'm also considering this boat as well... it is private party and only has 130 hours on it and the guy said he's willing to do 71,000 and since it's private no sales tax. The white/blue fx44 from Texas tracker boat dealer is new and comes w/ full warranty. So that's a big plus. But has the smaller motor. Also, it's 6k more. I thought the gladiator tower was the "cheaper/less sturdy" tower....? I'm so confused how! It's even listed as an "option" for $1000.

So why do you like the sv better than fx? What made you choose an sv?

So why didn't you buy it? Something I should know about it??? What exactly did you end up buying?
