  1. I apologize as I am new. Thanks so much for the information. I will definitely read what is posted above. Looks like you guys just saved me (and my marriage) about $1,200. Thanks again for the quick responses! -Mark
  2. Centurion Crew, Please help a desperate boat owner out. My boat has been slowing leaking some water into the hull of my boat where the drive shaft comes into the boat. I just received a call from my shop telling me they were going to have to pull the motor and transmission to fix this issue at $1200-1500. I had once heard that this is quite an easy fix using a specific tool and pushing grease into the v drive or something to that extent. Has anyone ever had this issue or heard of a fix for this?? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED AS I AM DESPERATE AND DON'T FEEL LIKE FIGHTING WITH THE WIFE OVER ANOTHER $1200 OUT THE DOOR ON MY BABY (the boat) Thanks for all your help in advance. Boat: 2002 centurion elite v
  3. No, not to my knowledge.
  4. I'll give that a whirl. Thank you!
  5. Thank you!!! Great Links. I'll give it a look next time I'm up there and see what I can find out. I Appreciate it....
  6. Hey Guys! I have two issues which I need some advice/help to find the problem: (2002 Elite V) The first problem: This past weekend I noticed that when I cut my bilge pump on there was quite a bit of water coming out (a solid stream for up to 2 minutes). This struck me as odd as I rarely get any water coming out of my boat and usually only turn it on after a full day or lots of getting in and out of the boat. After I noticed the large amount of water pumped out I opened my engine compartment and could see very little water. Obviously my next step was to make sure I had put the drain plug back in and was tightened, which it was. I then continued on with my day and cut on the bilge about every hour just to be safe. The same thing happened. Quite a bit of water being pumped out??? I was weighed down at the time as I was surfing (750lb in rear, 450 under port seat, 450 next to seat, 450 in the bow on surf side). I rarely however take on any water when turning around to pick up a downed surfer however so this wasnt the problem. My second thought was I had a leaking bag (not the case). Anyone have any ideas on where to start??? Second Problem: My perfect pass will sometimes beep constantly and the speed will jump around from 0 to 35mph while I am just either idling or in gear. This causes the entire system to work improperly as the PP will not engage or react. Anyone else seen this problem??? It's almost as though it works perfectly until I weigh the boat down and then it seems to act up? Could this be faulty equipment or something I am missing? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys/Gals!
  7. Stereo Problem

I appreciate the help! I guess it will be a process of elimination from here. I just hope I get it fixed the first trip. Nothing worse then going out to the lake with no tunes.
  8. Stereo Problem

Will do!! Would it help to say that recently my PerfectPass has been giving me the voltage warning quite a bit? I am assuming this could be from a loose connection or perhaps too much drain on the battery?
  9. Alright guys. I am not a stereo guy and know little to nothing about how to setup a stereo system. I purchased my boat with an amp running my boat speakers and tower speakers (Rockford fosgate) and purchased a kicker 12 as well as a kicker amp and had it installed last year. Then bought WetSounds Pro 60's off a crew member and the boat sounded GREAT. Last weekend with 10 people on board (of course) my stereo quit working on me. The deck will play CD, IPod, etc however I can only hear the bass. All highs are GONE. No Tower speakers, boat speakers nothing....... I know this is probably a relatively simple question but what happened?? I was assuming the amp probably went out being that it looks pretty old and is exposed to water at times (It was mounted at the foot well of the driver seat). I am hoping this is not the case due to the cost but I was wondering, before going out and buying a new one, is there any other possibilities?? Just as i said before everything worked fine all weekend and WAM out of no where highs went out. AMP was not overheated and only warm to the touch. My boat is currently stored about 150mi from here so I wont have anymore specifics then what I have provided. Hopefully there is an easy solution. Thank you in advance to the CREW!!! -Mark
  10. Wakeskate needs some luv..

3M makes a great marine glue however I am not sure how it would react on your board. I use it to glue down the non-slip pad's and such on the boat when they start to come up. Have not had any problems whatsoever. Hope this helps.
  11. Just ordered a Blue Lake.

Congrats on the BlueLake. I had the Broadcast previous to this board as well and luckily it blew out of the rack on the highway so I was forced to "Step my game up". Couldn't be happier!!! This board is SICK/FAST/STABLE. All the things I couldn't get out of the Broadcast. It's also great for the WHOLE boat (bigger riders). I do have a question however in regards to the stock fins vs. big boy fins. What performance differences are there? Can you still spin the board with the big boy fins? I might place an order either way just to have a spare set like ^^^^^ Either way GREAT decision! You will love that board.
  12. Depends on your elevation, ballast, etc. Please give a bit more information. Surely there is a solution!! I currently run about 2200# of ballast with 4-6 people on the boat at around 3500 ft. I run ACME 911 and have no problems. This is what I would suggest.
  13. I have the exact same problem with my 2002 Concourse. As soon as the power is cut on it starts buzzin and doesnt stop until I cut it off?? I must be missing something. I just cut the thing off and pray for deep water Let me know if you find a quick fix.
  14. June Picture thread:)

Duff that wave is NASTY!!!! I need to dial my boat in to look like that! Great pics man!
  15. Wow!!!! SICK SICK SICK boat! :crybaby:
