Hey folks, I have a Boss mr--1515b wired remote on the transom of my 2005 T5 Thunder. Of course it's not working and I'd like to replace when I upgrade the stereo. Problem I have is its mounted just below the sun pad and the rectangular remote has an existing hole for the wire. The new remotes seem to be mainly round. Just wondering if anyone has faced this and how did you resolve? I'm sure I can mount a new remote in the same area, but would like it to look like a clean install.

Just wanted to say hi to all. Picked up the boat yesterday. Pull blue plugs, (4) I believe. Previous owners had it winterized before I took it for a test drive. I'm planning on RV antifreeze through impeller intake hose. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Look under Strut systems.

I know that this is for mechanical plumbing systems. They do make fibreglass strut, L- brackets , and fasteners. If I remember it is a tan color (strut) and hardware is grey. They offer different depths that may work in tight spots. This stuff isn't cheap, but a couple guys could go in and split the cost and do multiple divider supports. Wondered if they will fit Proflight tower? How they sound? How they hold up? Pretty sure there are better out there at a higher cost. Any info would be appreciated.
