FYI, 100% vinegar works great too. It will not harm anything. Just wax or apply sealant afterwards. I use 100% vinegar after each trip to hard water lakes. Just don't let it build up, keep on top of it.

Has anyone used the Delta Wake Shaper or other suck gate on an Elite V C4 (2006 or later)?

I see there are several companies that make these with custom color options. Has anyone added one? If so which one did you go with and did it mount to the stock seat pedestal?

I wonder what the wake is like for slalom skiing. I see no mention of a crossover so it probably is not good... though they do show a waterskier.

If this is a waterski, wakeboard, surf crossover boat, I'm all over it!

I have read that some people get lots of debris in the cooler and need to remove the cooler or flush out the debris. Does anyone have a pic on where this cooler is, what it looks like, and how to properly flush it? Were you putting your tower up after launching the boat? Why? Just curious how and why this happened...Mine are always screwed in tight before launching and the only time I remove them is when putting the boat in the garage. Thinking the temporary bolt option is the best then buy a new tower knob when done.

It looks like this does not mount where the manual plate mounts under the transom. What did you do under the transom when you removed the manual plate? Do you have any pics of this mounted and what it looks like under the transom where the manual plate was attached?

Hey, does this mount exactly where the manual plate mounts under the transom? I want just a wake plate made, not asymmetrical and I want it to mount exactly where the manual one mounts so I do not have to drill holes in my boat aside from the actuator. Do you have a pics of it mounted? Thanks!

They really do not show much in the video or say anything about skiing behind this boat. http://skisupreme.com/supreme-boats-reveals-the-2016-s211/ Just surf and wakeboarding. I don't even see a ski pylon on that boat in the video! Hopefully they will bring a S211 to that demo.

Will there be a 2016 VTX to demo with the Diamond hull? That is the one I am considering, not the VLX. Again, great info and much appreciated. The S211 looks promising. Please post up and share your reviews for everyone to see! Let me know how those wakes look at 30-35 mph for skiing.

Good info...I'm new to wake surfing so this helps. Have you surfed behind one with the larger better Power Wedge II? I've got to have a cross over boat though because I like slalom skiing the most. The wake on my Elite is doable but it's borderline and it all depends on variables like how many people are in the boat, how much fuel is on board, weight equalization, etc. The Elite is super weight sensitive and on top of it I have that stupid manual wake plate that must be adjusted in the water under the swim platform before I ski and then readjusted for wake boarding. What a pain, and honestly, I don't even think that manual wake plate does that much to the wake. Unfortunately, I do not see any other better crossover boat options besides the Bu VTX. One would think there would be other equally good options. Heck Centurion simply has nothing to offer as far as crossover.

Yep, pretty much right there, it sure looks and sounds like a good proven system but I have not been behind one. I have a demo scheduled once they get a VTX in. I will get to ski, surf, and wakeboard behind it. We shall see.
