Brent told me about your issue, that sucks. I wanted to go out last weekend and test out my new enzo sac, but they sent the wrong sac... I get the Enzo sac on Thursday. I am having my sound system all redone by TC Audio this week. Fresh air exhaust put on next week when it comes in. I am so ready to hit the water and do some surfing.

+1 on the junk blocking it. I just purchased my 08 Enzo 230 and the bilge came on once when I first got it. I noticed a lot of water coming out when I pulled my plug after riding. Went out last weekend surfing and brought the dealer with me, he noticed water spraying in the engine area, there was a ton of water in the boat. He pulled the bilge off to find metal shaving blocking it, he removed that and it started pumping, but stopped again. he looked at the pump again and noticed it had metal shavings inside the pump and has now burned up. Luckily I had my Tsunami pump and we drained it that way. So now he is installing a new bilge for me. Sorry to go into so much on this.

I just got my boat 5 weeks ago, financed through Bank of America and got 6.3%, had to put down 10%.

Here is my 2008 Enzo 230, I picked it up new about 5 weeks ago.

Fropapy, I am the guy that talked to you at the dealership, I bought the red and black Enzo SV230. That is a sharp boat you have, I am glad that you made my wife's decision a little easier. If you are ever going out to Lake Quachita we will have to meet up. I am surprised that you boat cut hard to the right when you let go of the steering wheel. My old 2005 Lightning did that, but I was under the impression that was fixed on the 2008's. Are you planning on doing some surfing? I surfed behind the orange and white one a couple of weeks ago.

Killer wake. I just bought myself a new 208 enzo 230 today, I hope that I can get mine dialed in for a wake like that.

Nice work. Mine does the same. Have had no problem out of the v-drive, just haven't taken the switch out and added a new one yet. Glad it worked for you.

Wanted to update my post to for the following part of it: 3) Gauges - Speedo, works to a degree, does not start registering speed till i am doing about 25 and it says I am doing 10 and the fastest it ever reads is 20. From what I have read the speedo, PP, and the MPH on the depth finder are all linked, that is why they all read the same speed. Speedo and perfect pass now work great. Here is what went on with it. Went ahead and ordered a paddle wheel, picked up the part from one of the local dealers and went home to install it. Got it home, unplugged mine from the computer so I could hook up the new one to see if it would register the speed. Opened the new one and it did not have a plug at the end of it. Checked the wire colors and they too were different than mine that was already installed. I went ahead and removed the paddle wheel to look at it and guess what... the new one was different. So I hooked the paddle wheel back up to the computer and was curious so I spun the wheel and it seemed to register. So I installed the paddle wheel and climbed under the boat with a water hose and sprayed it while my son watch the speedo and perfect pass to see if it worked. He told me it hit 40 mph, shocked me it never made it over 15 before, this was on Thursday, so I was looking forward to the Saturday trip to the lake. Saturday got here and the speedometer and Perfect Pass work great. Seems as though unplugging and plugging back up did the trick. Hopefully this will work for someone else in the future. Still working on getting the V-drive warning light fixed. I have checked the v-drive oil and it is fine, and have been looking for leaks. This is the last of my problems that I have to fix, luckily the other problems haven't costed me a dime. I am loving this boat and the wake is unbelieveable. My son got about 10 ft of air riding the Big Bertha inner tube, that scared me to death but he wanted to do it again. It was wild watching it fly through the air that high, I didn't think it was possible to send a tube up that high.

I have not looked at it to make sure that the trim tab is moving. But if I am in rough water and it is up the boat will bounce , when I lower it the boat planes out and doesn't bounce.

I am going out again Saturday and I will set the trim tab all the way up and take some pics of it. I also just read that the boat comes with a 4 blade prop, but read that I should get the 3 blade. Is there any reason I should go for the 3 blade?

After reading about the C4, my boat has everthing that is listed. So I am pretty sure that it is the C4.

It is not a manual trim tab. I have tried it up and down and still get the rooster tail. I am pulling my daughter and some smaller kids with the big rooster tail so it is about 22 mph. When we get about 30 it isn't as large. At surfing speeds there is a big tail as well, I was thinking that I just didn't have enough weight in the boat. As far as it being a C4 that is what I was told when I bought it. How can I tell for sure if it is a C4? I have only had it about 4 weeks now.
