  1. You stick your hand up behind the vinyl. There is a nut or wing nut that secures the pad to the fibreglass. A couple up top and a couple down the bottom. It was easier for me because I just committed to the project and ripped the vinyl out before I knew it could be done. The base that my cups go into rest one side on the fibreglass hull and the other on a ledge inside that I built up. Port and starboard sides are different so you really need to do one side at a time. In the end both back rests now sit slightly closer to the middle of the boat to make way for the bottom pieces of wood that the cup holders sit in and when tightened back up help keep everything in place.

  3. Hi duramat thanks mate. I bought them on ebay with lights already in them and daisy chained them to the courtesy lights that I replaced with blue LEDs too.
  4. My customr inserts, before there was just ratty black vinyl with elastic nets. I ripped that out and made this. All covered in black marine vinyl with 4mm foam behind so it feels soft

  7. Hi Guys Just have to say that this site becase my bible after pruchasing my Green Machine 12 months ago so thank you all for sharing your experiences and knowledge. Thought I would post some pics of the custom cup holder inserts I fabricated for my rig to replicate the newer models. Let me know your thoughts. I have also had the biminy recovered, re powder coated the tower, inserted new carpet in and added a stereo and replaced the centurion letterin on the back. Love tweaking my ride. Now all I want to do is re powdercoat the trailer.
  8. you might be right with the pan head screw? there was never anything in there from when I bought it. Maybe an elite V owner may have a picture of theirs?
  9. just seems like there should be some special type of bolt to sit in there without it eating up the aluminium frame each time the window goes back and forth. Thanks for advice

  15. Hi Guys my centre window is missing a bolt or something in the centre that keeps it from sliding up and down. Really annoying because when it slips down it is damaging the gel coat. Been like this since I bought it secondhand. Centurion elite V 2005. Any ideas or suggestions much appreciated.
