AWESOME! as long as the weather is good we will be out next saturday. yesterday we didnt event have to go to usj for smooth water. it was like glass all day between the bridges.

So made it to the lake yesterday and tried surfing for the first time. I got up my first try and several times after but I wasn't able to go wireless. Pretty sure I need more weight on the boat and I think my board (fish) is to slow. I'm a big guy @ 6'2" & 250. What would be the best board for me being a beginner. I need to learn to improve my wake, it seemed to fall apart to close to the boat, suggestions appreciated

I drive a 2011 Dodge 2500 diesel and it's a beast. this is my second Dodge and I will buy another. Use to drive Ford but for me there is no comparison anymore. Gonna buy my son a Dodge truck next year for his 16th. Love the way it pulls and it looks tuff. Good luck with your decision. "i'd rather be cumin than stroking"

D I know it's a lot of things thrown at you... Here's my thought on it. You want good quality sound that throws, correct? Number of inboats you currently have? And I'll throw a set up that's cheaper than what was mentioned still using wetsounds that will sound steller.. 4 INBOAT

Edit: didn't realize you are in Huffman, we have been mostly riding Lake Houston this summer, the next time we are there we will turn the boat up and you should be able to hear them from your front yard. Serviuosly, meet us at the lake one weekend and listen to them for yourself, play around with the system hear it at speed with the motor etc. i'll be on lake Houston tomorrow. man my head is freaking smoking. this is a lot of information. the reason for the selection is this is what Lakeside Audio suggested for what I want to achieve. Lakeside Audio was recommended directly by Wet Sounds. That's the only reason this info is what I'm running with. Now I have serious doubt. Budget is for sure a concern. I just spent a ton on the boat and I didn't expect the stereo system to be this pricey. All I want is a good looking system that sounds good in the boat, on a surf / wakeboard, or just hangin on the beach. A lot to take in and think about. maybe I should go with just a single pair of Rev10's, 1 - 12" sub, 1 - shore charger, and 1 - amp?

What I had quoted right now is Wet Sounds. I'm not stuck on the brand, in fact I've heard Kikker is better but I don't really know. i'm not a stereo / electronics guy. Below is the basic set up 4 - Rev 8's tower speakers with fixed clamps and light rings 2 - 10" subs 1 - shore charge 2 bank 1 - additional battery 1 - JL 1000x5 amp

GOING TO GET A WET SOUNDS SYSTEM INSTALLED OVER THE WINTER. WANT 4 - 6" TOWER SPEAKERS WITH LIGHT RINGS, AMP, ADDITIONAL BATTERY AND A SUB. HAS ANYONE PAID TO HAVE THIS DONE BEFORE? WHAT SHOULD I BE PAYING?

Is one prop better than another? Will one increase wake or give more thrust. Mine is factory stock, but after reading some of the info here I want to purchase a back up or 6 to keep on the boat / truck.
