  1. I have quite a bit of good and bad experience with underwater LED's. The lights that work the best over time and have good light output is Lumitec underwater lights. This company specializes in underwater LED's and have perfected their product over the years. I prefer the Seablaze 3 over the Seablaze X. I have had great luck with Attwood underwater LED's. Now on the color. I prefer either white or blue. Watch our for green lights, they attract the heck out of fish. I put some green LED's on my 09 Centurion, there were so many fish, the kids would not go swimming. Below is my FX22 with Attwoods and the houseboat with x4 lumitec seablaze. We are purchasing the FI 23 and are going with Attwood's again in blue.
  2. Window tint

I have never thought about tinting my boat windshield. Good topic. We have a houseboat and do quite a bit of night driving back and forth from the houseboat to the marina. What % would be good where you can still see decent at night? My wife and daughter will be driving a lot and they are vertically challenged too.
  3. Purchasing an FI 23

Underwater LED’s installed and battery charger. Bank work done!! Purple power should be delivered next week. Cannot wait!!!
  4. Ok all you stereo experts, I have had really good luck with sound quality with wetsounds 6.5's cockpit speakers. My new boat will have the Roswell 6.5's installed (with LED lighting) but with the rest of the system as Wetsounds (tower, amps, subwoofer). I cannot find any reviews on the R1 6.5's but the specs on the speaker look really good. I would like to hear opinions/reviews or feedback on sound quality of the Roswells? I would like to keep if they have a good sound quality, but just do not know yet. I plan on installing a zone controller with equalizer to improve sound quality. Thoughts?
  5. I agree on replacing with 8 inch speakers. It will just take additional cutouts. I like the Wetsounds 8". Is anyone familiar with ARC speakers? I have heard some awesome systems with ARC speakers. I will tune the system and see how it sounds, then go from there.
  6. Purchasing an FI 23

H2O King, Love the colors, beautiful boat. Centurion does a great silver metal flake. Yes we love the amount of storage that is available on the FI and it is a big boat, especially on the inside. Coming from the FX22, we will have to get used to the higher sides. Our sides on the FX were much shorter. On another note, my nephew (John Leeah) is a student at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. He is a musician and plays in bands around Durango for college $$$.
  7. Purchasing an FI 23

Scott, Must have just missed you. We stopped by the Ski Dock this afternoon. I will let you know my impressions. It's a really good ride. Travis
  8. Purchasing an FI 23

I was concerned about the purple too but it was not too much. It's a good color combo with black and grey.
  9. 355 hours purchased boat in 2014 with 59 hours Had 258 hours in May 2017 Travis
  10. We use eraser just on the stubborn spots as mentioned above, very sparingly. The 303 protectant is a great idea.
  11. Washed and detailed the cyclone this weekend using Hula products, one of our sponsors. Also a few pics of the new underwater LED's.
  12. Enzo FX22 questions

I love my FX22 (2013) in rough water!!! Smooth ride in white caps. It's a low profile boat, but no concern with water coming in. I have an awesome surf wave!! Awesome! My Supra wake boarding buddies love my FX 22 for getting air. They will choose the FX over other wake boarding boats for getting air.
  13. Spare Boat Key

That is funny, when I bought my fx 22, only one key worked. The other key did not fit. I am still waiting for my replacement key from Freedom powersports and Centurion (7 months). I would rather have an extra key too.

  15. Buying a new 2015 FS-22?

Beautiful boat!!!!! We love our FX 22, throws some sick surf waves on both sides with hardly any effort!!!!
  16. Well, we bit the bullet and purchased a boat we were looking into at the beginning of the summer. We traded our 2009 Cyclone for a 2013 FX 22 which was a demo up at Freedom Power Sports up at Lake Lewisville, TX.. Shane Humphrey's and the crew were just so awesome and gave us a great deal. I highly recommend anyone in Centrla to North Texas to call Freedom Powersports. They made the process so simple. We had demo'ed it back in July and was so surprised at how easy it was to produce a great surf wave with very little effort. Our hold-back was it does not have CATS, which is the only downer. However, we are very happy with the purchase and the boat is a beast!!! I love the amount of push the FX22 gives. Here are some pics.
  17. New Boat

Unfortunately I do not have goofy video, but have some regular video. However the pictures of the surfer surfing the goofy wave above is a very experienced surfer and has surfed alot of different surf boats. His surf boat is a new Supra. His quote was that my goofy wave was a "dream wave" for him. He had push at the very end of my surf rope. He also said that he had so much "real estate" to surf. By the way, that wave was stock with myself and only my son in the boat. I will try to get some video made this coming weekend for you if we have some goofy surfers.
  18. New Boat

30% bow bag full on regular side 60% bow bag full on goofy However the wave is much better with little to no bow weight on regular side, when there are a few people in the boat. When we have a larger load of peeps, we add more bow weight.
  19. New Boat

Yes, he was jamming to a tune!!!
  20. New Boat

    Forgot a picture.
  21. New Boat

Alright we had a good surf weekend on the new boat. We spent alot of time dialing in on both goofy and regular. The wing plate tab I have will be soon an "A" plate. When applying the tab to the goofy side it really rounded/flattened the wave. As a result, we just stopped using the tab except around 10-20 or minimal use. Here are some pictures, sorry for the blurred goofy pics, but this is Sunday evening after getting the wave really dialed in and epic. All pics were taken with an empty boat, but the driver and one kid.
  22. New Boat

Thanks and that would be a tow out to Cali.
  23. New Boat

I need some time to dial in the wave but the goofy and regular seem pretty equal our first session.
