Yea, I actually had a guy try and tell me that MC were the pioneers of the sport.......I didnt waste my breath. Dont get me wrong, they're all awesome boats but as far as surfing goes it's Centurion all the way! Wakeboarding I think I'd rather be behind an MC but I'm a surfer, much funner. Well bigcat, I first apologized for the message and then I TOLD him he ripped it, because he most certainly did. No accusations were made just facts, along with the fact that I spent when all is said and done over $1000. Money I'll never spend there again if they don't treat me right. It sounds like they've treated you well and thats awesome, hopefully m&m can help to make my experience better but I don't need anymore friends and I let my money influence businesses thanks though, I do appreciate your opinion. And thanks Shaka I'm definitely going to look those guys up, I will need to refinish more cushions I'm sure.

Nice deal with the wheel chock, my homes about 200 miles away though so it probably wouldnt have made it home for me. I like your style Enzo101 and Im surely going to be more scrupulous in the future. But I have yet to see a boat dealer give my boat back in the same condition as when i dropped it off, this time it was pollen or something stuck all over the boat cover. But I have ocd like a mofo and everything has to be spotless though.

I completely get what you saying bigcat and I'll agree i lost my temper a bit and over reacted. But when i called them back, the main reason for the call was to figure out a way or get a quote for new skins on the side lockers since they were now ripped up as well. I started the conversation by telling him that theres a new tear and it was most likely caused by them. Thats all i was trying to say and Shane must have took it like I was trying to get a deal because of it so he basically called me out saying I'm crazy. After looking at the vinyl its obvious that it wouldnt take much to tear it so like I said I just wanted to fix it but before I could get to that part Shane hung up on me. I called back because they still have my engine cover and Troy was much better to work with. Im going to give them another chance here but at the same time the way Shane handled it was pretty unprofesional. Apparently tempers are easy to flare on both pur parts. Hopefully I can get the sundeck redone by M&M and then go from there. Im sure I'll have a lot more to replace very soon. M&M can refuse to work on it all they want I'll find a good repair shop and might even get a newer boat soon idk yet. But to be clear Shane lost his temper way before I had a chance to explain what I wanted. I will see how they treat me after this and reserve my judgement until then
