Looking 4 a 2015-16 SV233-244
johnnybaba replied to RhuntIII's topic in Centurion Boats General Discussion
DaBababoat - Centurion 2013 SV233 is up for sale, Contact Jesse at Century Marine 602-717-9559! Gonna Miss her...she throws an awesome wave .... did some trick stuff when I ordered this boat, had the tower moved 1 inch forward which allows the tower to fold all the way into the boat. this allowed me to put it under a 7 foot garage door! Also added an extra pump for the starboard plug-in-play, went from the winged to asym trim tab, I have had over 100 different wake surfers shred behind her....probably a bunch on this forum! about 120 hrs on a new PCM warrantied EX343....BOOM! The New Bababoat is an FS33!!! -

New Boat! 244-Ramfill or traditional fatsacs?

yep no kidding... so if you take out the center section of the rear bench and fold the glasiator tower, the edge of the Nav light hits the corner of the shell, I measured that if you move the tower no more than 1 inch forward that it would clear the shell and go all the way down into the boat yeilding about 6 inches of clearence. My door opening is right at 7ft and I clear it by 1/2 inch! -

I think the FX44 is out of my budget as well as would never fit in my garage. My current 233 was modified at the factory by moving the tower forward by 1 inch which allowed the tower to go all the way into the boat and not rest on the rear seat, giving me 7ft clearance for my garage opening. I would need to modify my garage opening a few inches to fit the 244 if I go that route. the reason for getting a new boat is that my 2013 has 200 hrs on it and I want to trade while still has high resale. our wake is pretty decent when we sac it out, h2Oking and a bunch of others (Sean Cummings, Todd Johnson, Emily Agate, Vanessa Vincent...)rode behind it with stock ballast in Parker and it was better than the comp boat. Getting a Demo of the 233 and 244 soon, hope to make a desicion by end of month. -

our 2013 sv233 has all the stock bags and hard tanks, I also had the winged plate that came on the 2013 cut to be asymmetrical like the 2014 which really worked, our darkside wake has much improved. We have tried so many configurations and taken out so many peeps on our boat who all have different tastes and ride styles, but for me and my son we fill all port bags and hard tank, 20% under the starboard bench and a 400lb sac on the port bench and run 10.8-9mph. trim at 40. This puts out a clean wave that lets us get pretty far back. We occasionally throw a 750 on the floor as well but takes up so much space. a lot of times we just go stock all port or all starboard and as long as we have smooth water we can surf it just fine. We do not use any bow ballast. -

Ok I am looking for help guys, I am looking at a new ENZO again! thinking of stepping up from our 2013 ENZO SV 233 to possibly a SV244... I have some questions for the gang: 1-Ramfill or Bags? Which gives a better wake? consistency? 2-How much better is the wake from a 233, we are pretty dialed in with our boat for both reg and goofy 3-PCM 409 sufficient? I normally don't take a big crew 3-5 average Aloha -

Big Mahalos to Century Marine and Sean Cummings!

Thanks to Melanie Bosely at Century Marine and Sean Cummings for a 2 day Surf Clinic at Sahuaro Lake in Arizona this past Friday and Saturday 11/1-2/2013. Melanie brought out the new Centurion Enzo FX244 fully equipped with Wetsounds tunnage. Sean also brought out a quiver of Inland Surfer boards both Skim and Surf styles for everyone to demo. he gave great instruction to the entire crew. The weather was great...sunny and about 85 air and 70 degree water temps. Was alot of fun to hang and make friends with a group of other wakesurfers with so much stoke! Shaka and Mahalos again! -

We went on last Saturday for a Clinic with Sean Cummings on a 2014 FX 244 at Sahuaro Lake in Arizona. Air temp about 85 and water about 70 degrees.... was awesome! Sean also brought out a bunch of Inland Surfer boards to demo....thanks to Melanie Bosely at Century Marine for setting that up, we all had a great time. -
Has anyone ever ridden or owned a Brigade Wakesurf board? They have approached my son to be a rider rep and give discount pricing on their product. Still gotta make an initial investment and purchase a board (on discount) but still, the commitment would be acceptable If the board kicks tush. He is on a custom painted Shred Stixx Thresher at the moment.
