  1. Hi Everybody, I'm new to the forum here and I'm hoping you might have some input that could help me with my boat shopping. I was on the verge of buying an 80's closed bow ski boat when the wife popped in and said that if we get a boat it has to be a walk thru open bow. Not just open bow, but a walk thru open bow. So now I'm on the hunt. I'm looking for a boat that is first and foremost a walk thru open bow, but on my end, I want the best slalom boat that I can buy while still satisfying her walk thru open bow requirement. I had it narrowed down to a 93-97 malibu echelon LX or a 92-95 Mastercraft prostar 205. Then I'm browsing ads and seeing a bunch of centurions for sale with walk thru open bows and I'm wondering to myself how good the slalom wake is. The trouble I'm having is in finding any information on the old centurions like magazine reviews, articles, or even a brochure. Do any of you know where I can get information on the old 90's centurions? Otherwise, do any of you know what centurion open bow is the best for slalom, and if it is better than or the same as the two boats mentioned above? below are the links to 3 boats that are catching my eye right now. Thanks for any input you might have.
