  1. I have the same problem.
  2. LETS SEE YOUR RIDES

Bondo sweet boat i have an 07 avy. Your second picture of truck and boat looks like it was taken at Crescent bar, are you from Washington? We frequent C-bar alot.
  3. crap wake shape

All i have is the little manual trim tab that i run about an 1/8th below the level plan of the boat. That is about as far as it will go down.
  4. crap wake shape

Robert, i have an 07 c4 and found that i ride at 27mph and that cleans it up, but i used a gps to see what the speed really was and it said about 22-23 mp. So that drove home to me the rule most pro wakeboarders that i have met and at the wakeboard camp in Florida say they dont believe in running a certain speed cause everything changes with weight and river vs. lake. So they told me they just speed er up till the wake is clean 1' to 3' behind the rider and that is were you need to be and we have found is every boat is different on the speed also. I run the stock 250 tanks in back and the stock center tank and i have a 750 fat sack for the front that i run about half full and that really makes the wake crisp. When we dont fill the front sac the wake is steep and is washed out easier.
  5. H2O, Thanks for the info, i was not sure if it mattered which hose or direction to pressurize. Im off to finish the winterizing progect. Thanks again, yours and everybodys information is great on this site.
  6. make sure not to forget to blow out the heater if it was not such a drive I would come give you a hand it's super easy .................H H2O king how do you blow out the heater? where do i take the hoses off at the heater or the back of the engine? some pictures would be sweet too. Maybe total performance could weigh in on this too with his awsome write up about winterizing. Any help is much appr.
  7. Age Of Boat Owners/Members.

Im 37 wife is older is how ill say it. Wehave been married for 13 years and have a 6 yr old daughter who we are trying to get her to wake board but is scared that some underwater monster will get her. Thanks to my dad who tried to teach her that undertoes in the river by there house were dangerous and something in it would pull her underwater. Good one grandpa. We are on our second boat and yes both centurions. Went from the elite v to an avy c4 and lovn it. We are both into wakeboarding and do a little surfn when we are tired or the water is blown out. It sure seems like there arnt many crew members from the evergreen state on here, but i do thank everyone who has helped with the questions that people have on here, this truely is the best site for info that i have seen.
  8. Best wife ever

    LUUUUCKEEEE!!!!
  9. What am i being black balled or what? I know with all the other technical answers out there that someone has the answer If left to my own devices i will tighten em up like a gorilla and break or strip something.
  10. Does anyone know what the torque for the tower mounts should be? Im talking about the the 3 to 4 allen head screws that mount the tower thru the hull of the boat. I have the tribel tower and it seems like it is starting to wobble more than it used to so i wanted to tighten em up but dont want to over do it. Thank you in advance for any advice.
  11. RX, We have an 07 Av and previously owned an elit v and i can tell u the Avy is a smooth ride. It does good in rough water while cruising the lake cause u cant wake board withall the tubers. I dont think the few people that we have allowed to bring a stick on our boat to ski with really liked it that much as the boat is designed to thro a bigger wake for boarding and surfing. I have the hard tanks in the back lockers and and a center ballast and I have a 750 upfront. To me the wake is pretty touchy and sensitive to weight . Most days I fill the back hard tanks and the center all the way and then let water out of the rear tanks to adjust for people weight in the boat instead of having to move people arround every time u switch riders, and some days we fill the front 750 full and the wake is good and clean. We have been able to get some good surfing in behind the Avy too. but reading all the posts on surfing I can see that size does matter so next time out for surfing we are going to have to bring the big girls in the one piece swim suit to thicken that wave up.
  12. Dude buy a harmonic puller, it works great and no worries about the rudder. It is just a little brass cap that threads up to the nut and you hit it with a hammer and BBAAAAMMMM the prop comes right off. Takes up less space too.
  13. Here is mine Its blue with royal blue metal flakes and white top. This is the only one i could find and the wife wont be happy about that one, but hey she posed for it, what did she think would happen.
  14. Hey Dave, I live on the sunny side of our great state and I have an 07 Avalanche and have contacted cory also. It sounds like he doesn't have very many templ. for Centurions, cause he didn't have one for my boat either. He did tell me that he could still make one for me he just needs to have the boat for a day and a half to get it all done. I think im going to do it but im waiting for better weather on your side cause my baby hasn't seen rain if you know what i mean. We do alot of riding at Moses lake and Crescent bar, where do u guys hang when you go boating.
  15. I am thinking about the upgrade but havent had any problems with my current paddle wheel so it kind of depends on the price.
