As if the "luxury tax" of a few hundred dollars a year isn't enough, now they got us with the mussle fee. I asked the lady at the DMV what the money was being used for and she had no clue. I also asked her where to put the sticker and she told me to look up the boaters manual online, because she didn't know. Welcome to California

Heres Shasta Lake at Bridge Bay and the Lake Sonoma private marine. Definitely not launching there!

Blue Sea Fuse Block
JEG101586 posted a topic in Centurion Boat Accessories, Electronics and Modifications
Quick question, I'm adding a Blue Sea 6 fuse and ground block which I am running 4 gauge wire for the main power and ground. Do I need to put an in line fuse for the cable going from the battery to the block, or should I be ok since all the wires coming off of it are going to be fused? Thanks -
Not sure about the enzo, but for what it's worth my Avalanche and VM trailer is exactly 22'6" from where the tongue removes to the rear of the trim tab. My garage is 24 feet long and it just barely fits in backed straight. Here's a pic showing how tight it is.

I'm leaning towards the JL's. The stereo shop is doing an install for a 10" L7 tomorrow and told me to come back and i'd be able to hear it. I'd do the w6 but my amp is only 500 rms so i think it would be under powered for a w6.

I'm in the market for a new subwoofer, I pretty much listen to every type of music so I'd need something that's going to play all types of bass and sound clean. Now my biggest problem is space. My boat originally came with the stock 10" sub in the driver footwell, which the previous owner cut a new hole with what looks like a sawzall to make room for a 15" sub. After repowering the sub it doesn't sound good at all. Today I was looking at two different subs, a 10" Kicker L7 Sub in a ported box, or a 12" JL W3 in a ported box. Which sub would be best for all around sound? They are both comparable in price. Thanks!

I only use it with the auxillary cord so i'm not sure about the other connections, and yes it's free!

I use the app Audio Cruise. It shows your GPS speed, but I'm not sure how accurate it is. It's nice because it adjusts your stereo volume by your speed. Works great when towing so you don't have to worry about adjusting the stereo every time the rider falls.

I haven't been out yet this year, but I hear Sonoma is full. Can't wait to get out there or Berryessa!
