Anyone ever tried to make an engine bin- like the Malibu ones?
tprice replied to Cwazy1's topic in Supreme Boats General Discussion
I will stop by storage and take some pics of it. It's same exact style, thickness of the Malibu trays -
Who says other boat manufacturers hulls dont hold up lol

As a finance guy(finanancial planner) not sure why anyone in current boat market would pay cash. I would think most finance especially when you have been able to sell your used boat at close to the original sale price. Utilizing the extra 60-120k in different ways to work for you would make better sence. I understand the value of zero debt but also understand time value of money. Interest rates are at all time lows, you can easily early better rate with your invested cash than the interest rate on your loan. I have to think you are wrong suggesting most pay cash for their boats. -

I have a buddy who made me one for my S226 I believe I paid 150.00 or so. The tray is exactly like a Malibu tray. Best part about it is for the early morning ride sessions, I place my left over pizza, or I'll make a few breakfast burritos and place in the tray. By time you are done with your morning runs a nice warm breakfast is ret2go. If anyone is interested, I know he like extra $$$ and more than likely would be interested in fabricating some. -
The goofey wave on 226 doesn't have a clean up issue. I would be curious if the plate helps add any length

Fivebar, ya I gotta do my part and renew my membership. I'm on vacation this week in MAUI so I have some downtime and will PM you once I renew.
-
Fivebar, yes they are the last set of condos east of Marine park. They just put a marina in Tidewater cove just west of us. I keep my boat up at lake Merwin all summer but if ya ever need a 2nd or 3rd I'm close and always down to head out.

Fivebar, I'm over at Sahalie Condos down by marine Park. Easy location for someone to cruise by in their new RI and pick me up, just sayin. Lol

Congrats, where are you going to moor that beast?

Mission Delta Wake shaper
tprice replied to tsanfilippo's topic in Centurion Boat Accessories, Electronics and Modifications
So I used the Mission Delta Friday morning on my 14 226 and was extremely pleased and surprised. Filled both rear bags (1k lbs each side) Under side bench seats, eight 40 lb pellet bags per side and nine 40lb pellet bags in the bow. Trim tab at 100 both sides . Port side wave was incredible, biggest wave I've had to date and super clean. Starboard side had a bit of white wash, not bad though I will live with it. Crazy amount of push throughout, actually the best push I've had and freaky big. I was out with just my son so pics were hard to get as I was on look out most of time for the lake sherrif. I'll be picking one up this week for the 226 I think I was still around 3900-4000 rpm's- 111 replies

H, I'm using one Friday morning on my 226. A buddy up at merwin has one for his 226, has same ballast set up I do and raves about how awesome it is. Said it makes the wave a monster. I'd be happy not switching sides if I didn't have to and list, who wouldn't ?- 111 replies

Who wouldn't want the fire pit for an evening cruise! Now that I've had some time on my buddies G23 I can say they have thought of most everything. Great storage, awesome wave, no fuss, no valve issues, etc. can't wait for him to add that fire pit option for the late night sessions
-
I would also add to start your rotation midway on your wave. People tend to want to start rotating at the very beginning of the wave. You should have most push half way on the length

My buddy got rid of his 2014 dur to this being one of his issues. Is your boat red and white ? I remember the only issue they had for a fix was a replacement of everything which was a major job apparently. We had to run a wire down opposite side and that seemed to help
