  1. So I replaced the exhaust manifolds and risers still getting water in the motor. Pulled the heads and I’ve got water in all 8 cylinders, makes me think it’s a top end issue. Only get water in the oil after I turn the motor over by hand. Any ideas? Ready to just replace the heads and intake.
  2. Hey crew! I’ve got a problem with my 02’ Avalanche with the 5.7 mag. Went to fire the boat up and had my hose hooked up to my flush pro but the water wasn’t coming out of my exhaust like usual and the boat wouldn’t start. Drained all of the oil and drained a ton of water from the pan. Pulled the plugs on my passenger side and they were all at. Pulled the plugs on the driver side and they were fine. Put new oil in it and I was able to get it running but I only ran it for a few seconds without water. I’m guessing a bad head gasket but was wondering if the crew had any advice. Thanks for the help
  3. It pulls hard, great change
  4. Start with the cheap stuff and check your cap and rotor. As for the alarm it could have been the temp. Sounds like the thermostat is working but you could always replace that beings they're cheap.
  5. For surfing go with the acme 911 I think most will agree. It changed my 02' a lot, but you will lose speed. I have basically the same boat and now I top out around 35 but that's getting the rpm a little high for my comfort level.
  6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY

    Thanks viking
  7. Avy hull angle

I went with 16*. I went with what Troy made. http://www.centurioncrew.com/index.php/topic/8608-addition-of-asymmetrical-plate/page-4
  8. The idler pulley is just above you're alternator pulley. The tensioner is above your seawater pump. I chose a napa belt because there's a napa auto parts store in practically every city.
  9. Just check to make sure they spin freely. I'm currently waiting on a new tensioner and idler pulley because I shred a belt too. I pulled my idler pulley and the bearings were wasted.
  10. The impeller pump is going to be fairly hard to turn, but if you've never replaced it you should. Also with the belt off check your tensioner and idler pulley.
  11. Kevin...for You

  12. I'm actually going to hit the Columbia Saturday. Putting in at big eddy marina, across from blue lake.
