    Installed the new Shaft Seal a couple weeks ago thanks to the info in this thread. Finally got the boat in the water this weekend and all is good. Thanks H20King for the awesome walkthrough and pictures and everyone else for the information in this thread.

  2. Ignition Wiring

    That happened to me out in the middle of the lake last summer. I pulled the stop engine switch and put the throttle in gear to shut the starter off. I then disconnected the the starter wire from the ignition switch and started the boat by touching the wire to the terminal on the ignition and then removing it. We road for the rest of the day like that. Also, first post for me
