How do I attach the bow of an Enzo 211 to boathouse lift?

I'm trying to attach my Enzo to a boat lift. Is it possible to somehow use the bow/trailer ring? I was told that a spreader bar and straps could be used, but I'm not sure exactly how that works and want to be sure it won't cause any damage. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. David -
I've tried a bunch of ropes. I agree that the small handle is the way to go. Personally, I like the Proline LG Surf. Nice length, nice handle, and it has a thicker section off the handle so you can choke up on it easily.
