  1. CREW DEAL: HEAVY-DUTY Guide Pads

Is there a way to get a pair of these again. Mine have faded and are getting worn out. I bet there would be enough to make this available again. If not do you know where to get some.
  2. can I get in on it. Will someone notify me by email. I don't get on this site to often.
  3. What works well for you is just use both of the covers you have. Slight pain, but I do it if i know I'm going to run into some good wetness. Or I'm leaving it out in the open climate for a long period of time.
  4. Hey I am looking for some info on what I can place in the bow for ballast. I have an enzo230. Right now I am just using a fat sac on the floor which i am happy with. I just would like to have a permanent system that is out of the way(installed) What fits nicely under the seats.
  5. You should try one's that are the big one(oldest) There is lots out there just google it. But you want some background behind them. I have been to a few. Some are just some person who is a good boarder but learned on his own and really never learnt it in a technical way so they don't really know how to teach you in a proper, easy learning way. There is nothing stopping someone from starting a school. I would recommend one of the originals. They were the creators of "the book" dvd series(which I recommend) & the new teaching site http://www.learnwake.com/. There camp is http://www.wakeboardcamp.com/ they are in florida. Shaun Murray looks to have a good camp to. Another bonus is if you can get one with the radio helmets. Where they can talk to you as you are on your pull. Instant correction without having to stop and talk to you. This is great to even have: If you have a buddy that you go out with regularly you can watch the video see what you need to do then your buddy can speak to you on what you need to change as you practice it. They are pricey though. http://www.lakeelmosports.com/home.php?cat=101
  6. all is good as well with my o5 enzo. I guess they should have stayed that way. Not as shinny as chrome, but no problems.
  7. I would be in if the price is that much cheaper than I can get it for. Just give me the price in canadian dollars. I just need the up grade portion. Tell them to give you the canadian special. We want to see our canadian companies go big into the boating industry. Will you notify us by email. I don't get on this site to often.
  8. I have a 05 enzo (scorpion 6.2L) I get alot of build up in the cap. It is from moisture. I end up having to buy a new one every year. I use it a fair bit but not extreme. I can clean it off(sand it), but only for a few times then it must be replaced. I am told by a marine mechanic(not centurion) that these motors are known for this. Is anyone else having this trouble. Anyone know any remidies. I can understand there being alot of condensation/moisture under there. The only thing I can see helping would be to open the lid for a few hours after each use, but that gets old quick and inconvenient. The cap has a 90 degree barb fitting off the side of it. I assume for venting. I don't think plugging it would be a good idea(do you think so?)
  9. Wakeboard Instructional Video ?

Your best solution is a 5 disk collection called "the book". Another great thing is a site you can join called "learnwake.com" . Shawn Murray has a disc pair called "detention", not bad. This is all you need. Otherwise take in a camp(but needs to be a good one). If you are really serious then get a trampoline and a spare tow rope. Or find a friend with a tramp. Don't need anything else. Don't get sucked in to everything. Another good info source is site called "wakeboardingmag.com

Haven't read anymore action on this get together. But as for me I will have to bow out. The economy sure has bitten me in the you know where.
  11. All you have to do is take it out. Then take it to your local marine store and they will most likely have one or can order it. They are a standard boat fixture. just different lengths. Easy to fix. Just remember that the cable at the steering colum is all one piece connected to the steering wheel. It comes as one piece.
  12. If it is the residue from the vinyl that you are trying to get of then you must get a solvent based cleaner. You could even use something like paint thinner on it. But there are some gentler products out there(we have one called goo gone) But just find a cleaner that is designed to take care of ink, tar, gum, or glue stains. You could even call your local sign guy to ask him whats out there. As for getting a super wet look shine I would be interested in that. But as far as I know it comes down to good old labour. Buff and polish, and cleaning regularly. What I do find that really helps is having a couple old towels in the boat and then each time you pull it out of the water, giving it a quick wipe down. Half of the build up comes from the lake, and then dust sticking to the wet surface as you head home. It takes like five minutes. I get someone to wipe down the inside quickly while I wipe down outside.(I don't mean like wash it)
  13. How about getting something put up at the dealers in Edmonton and Calgary. You might get some interested parties through them.I also assume that this is family oriented not a party drunk fest. And if is then I would word that in the posting that it is family oriented.
  14. As I said I will do my best. But really can't get that finalized till june. Then I can see what work will have in store for me this year.

I would do my best to get to it. Sept. is the beginning of my busy season. How far and what direction is sylvan from Edmonton.
