New ri 23 no power to the tower switch?

My husband and I just bought a new 22 ri23 ft from Dallas and we live in New Orleans. No power to the tower switch? Battery on, no breaker tripped? It is our first time putting it down. We also had a cruise/surf GPS control issue on our first surf trip. We have to move a module to fix it? Water temp gage not working? Can't find a 2022 manual here online we have 2020 in our boat packet? Thank-you to anyone who has some advice for us!
