Needed: OEM blower vent cover

Looking for a (preferably) oem blower vent cover for my 2003 Centurion Typhoon III. Mine is missing and ugly without. If there is an aftermarket solution, I’d take that as well. Or even the dimensions, in the event I need to have a fiberglass CAD build done. Any and all help appreciated... -Hank
