thanks for the heads up Brian, i never put any nose weight in my Avy, and to date (knock on wood) haven't taken water over the bow... but if we do i will be bilging it all out before we start to surf again.

Hey all, have an 07 Avy C4 with sideswipe exhaust. I will be using it in a saltwater lake this summer, i have a flush kit installed already and will be taking it to the car wash after each use, but any other suggestions for keeping it from rusting out on me? thanks

thanks for the ideas fellas, i had seen the Salt Away product mentioned in other topics so will get that for sure... the dripless seal was something i hadn't thought of and is a great idea! I will be doing everything i can to mitigate salt issues, we moved and there is a salt lake 4 km away from us that will allow us to use our boat much more than in the past.

Tower Speaker Mount Question (07 Avalanche C4)
GBedard posted a topic in Centurion Boat Accessories, Electronics and Modifications
So i just bought an 07 avalanche C4 on the weekend with what i think is the evolution tower. one of the mounting hole for the speaker bracket has the nut blown out on the back ... any ideas on what to do? is there something that is a compression fit that would go in there? Speakers are exile XM9 thanks Geoff -
