I'd try to list for high $40s or as Troy suggested maybe even $50k. It's crazy how the value of these boats continue to go up. I sold a 2007 Avalanche 5 years ago at a premium for $37k. But I guess when the cost of new goes up substantially year after year then the secondary market will follow.
Location?
That's a good trade with tax savings. Probably get around 50 outright. I wouldn't want to deal with people coming to look at it. You can always put it on OnlyInboards and Boat Trader, see if you get any bites till you decide. Never know, someone might pick it up with out much hassle.
