Don't know how to present this without explaining it a bit so sorry if it drags out . So I bought a new RI257 A couple days ago and the bow filler cushion is too small, I noticed this when I was looking at the boat because when I stepped on it, it fell into the foot well and I almost fell, The salesman said they had just noticed that and they were putting it in for a warrantee replacement that same day but it could take 4 to 6 weeks to get a new cushion I asked him if he could be done any quicker he said they could not get it done any faster that it's just how the process works, at the time I figured OK I want this boat so I will deal with it, Yesterday we took the boat out for the first time and the wife did the same thing almost falling herself, I contacted my salesman again he said they could still not get it done any quicker. So this morning thinking about it I decided I would call Fine line myself and speak to Nicole a customer support considering the fact that we had spoke a few times over the past few weeks regarding the new FI and about coming out on a factory tour, I ended up speaking with Roger at customer support whom after I am informed him of my situation gave me the same spiel about 3 to 5 weeks to get the order done, at this point I was respectful but gave him the spiel about how fine line boast about customer support and they're telling me I would have to wait this long, I then explained to him I have bought three new fine line boats in the past four years and how I believed that should at least count for something, also considering the fact these parts are built in house that I needed to be talking to the person who can go to the front of the line and tell them this part needs to build next, at this point he said there was nothing he could do but he would pass my message onto Nicole, Nicole did call me back late this afternoon she informed me it took her all day to find the factory manager and she explained the situation to him, and that my bow filler cushion will be the first thing produced tomorrow morning and shipped the same day. I do believe the dealers may not be able to get things done any quicker but it does go to show if you call the company yourself you can get things accomplished, but you might need to lay it on them for it to happen, that or speak to Nicole first. Thank you again Nicole a customer support you were awesome with your response to me

Reference Checklist 1. Boat Model: 2017 238 2. Regular or Goofy: Both 3. Bow Ballast Percent: 0% 4. Mid Ballast Percent: 100% 5. QF Port Percent: 100% 6. QF Starboard Percent: 100% 7. PnP Port Weight: 1000 8. PnP Starboard Weight: 1000 9. Other Ballast Weight (ie. Lead): 800# - 200 Stb PNP, 200 Port PNP, 200 Stb midship, 200 Port Miship 10. Number of Crew and positioning: 2 11. QuickSurf Port Setting: 0% Goofy, 100% Regular 12. QuickSurf Starboard Setting: 100% Goofy, 0% Regulat 13. Stinger Tab Setting: 0% Goofy, 0-15% Regular just to clean the wash. Stinger kills the wake unless you have a lot of people ballast on board. 14: Picture: See below. I am really liking this set up. Almost identical wake side to side and I actually think the goofy side is slightly cleaner - weird. Anyway it's working well and the more people you add the wave just gets bigger and better. Long, clean and plenty of push. Pictures are approximate as it seems I am always driving or surfing and nobody else can be bothered to take some shots.

Haha, I believe you're referring to my FS correct, actually I ended up trading that yesterday for a 2017 RI257 and I'm told 1000 pounds is about what I would want.
