Member since Sept. 2011 and it's been an interesting trip over here. Go to the crew meet see where you membership fees go, meet the admins and ride the glass on the Trinity or hang out under the bridge during a rainstorm. Thanks K & A for all y'all do and keeping our boats running and our bones surfing.

I've been stalking this forum since I bought a '98 Elite V five years ago. We sold it when we had a baby and got back into the game this year with an 06 Avalanche. The information I've gained is well worth the $30/yr and I signed up for a membership a couple of weeks ago.

Joined in late 2012 after purchasing my boat and became supporting in early 2013. Great site and admins! I've learned a lot about my boat and others. Ballast upgrade to servicing myself - the knowledge on here is well worth the $30.

We have seen a lot of new members in 2017, which is great! For the members that might not know, only two of us run and manage the community. We both have demanding full time jobs. We spend countless hours of our limited free time maintaining the site server, software, support, upgrades in general managing the community and that is just a part of what else goes on in the background. This year was a real under taking with the site upgrade that moved us to a completely new software version. While it may look relatively the same when using the site just about everything changed in the background and we were not expecting the learning curve. While figuring things out we still have a few more major things to do when time permits and we appreciate everyone patience. Not here to complain we do it because, we enjoy it, we get to meet new people that turn into lifelong friends and we always have something in common with everyone, our passion for spending time with family and friends on the water in our boats. We built the CenturionCrew.Com community which was launched over nine years ago. Life and priorities change over 9 years and sometimes managing the site can be a burden. Like the site going down while on a long needed vacation and trying to get it back online with cell phone with limited signal or spending an entire weekend instead of a few hours upgrading the site software because, of some unforeseen issues with incompatible software versions, server upgrades, etc. In nine years the community has grown to over 8,000 members currently, with new members joining on a daily basis. Out of the 8,000 plus members, only 70 of them are currently Supporting Members. Supporting memberships are what support the site/community. Considering the amount of time/hours we spend running and maintaining the site compared to the rate of return, most would wonder why we do it. Since the beginning we have said, as long as the financial burden does not fall solely on us we will continue to run, maintain and grow the community. This year there has been talk about hosting images, bandwidth, file size among other issues. At the end of the day becoming a Supporting Member solves all of the issues. It is $30 a year, $2.50 a month, $.08 a day to have unlimited bandwidth with the only restriction being the size of the image. The images just need to be resized and we believe we have automated the process with the most recent upgrade. The ironic thing is, so many members of this site talk about how much they get from it. Yet it seems they feel it is somehow not their responsibility to help support the very thing that brings them the advice they are looking for, friends from far and near they would have never met otherwise, the sense of pride from ownership of their Centurion/Supreme Boat and the spirit of sharing it with fellow boat owners within the community. Those that have been in the community for a while know we very seldom say anything about memberships or supporting the site. This is a community, we built it, launched it, maintain it, we never wanted to have to ask for members to support it, we just assumed that it would happen. Considering the fact we still put our person funds into the site, plus our free time, it is frustrating having to actually ask members of the community to support it. We need more members supporting the community they enjoy visiting on a reqular basis. Please consider purchasing one of the memberships outlined below. For those members that continue to support the community yearly we could not have done it without you. Thanks for helping to make the community what it is today! Be sure to share your thoughts on supporting the community and how the CenturionCrew.Com and SupremeCrew.Com community has help you through the years. Regards, Ken and Andrea

I just wanted to praise Cory at Evolution Covers for his customer service. I bought a cover from him for my 2005 Avy last year and it is beautiful. However, I had a slight issue when towing with the cover on, in that one of the sides of the cover began slipping out a little from under the rub rail. The cover still stays on, but it wasn't quite operating as intended. I email Cory with pictures of it and within an hour he called me on the phone, suggested some quick ideas that might help the cover fit as intended, and then assured me that if that didn't work, he would add fix the cover at no charge to me. Hopefully I don't need to send it back up to him, but if I do, I know he'll treat me and the cover right. Really great customer service. I whole-heartedly recommend his company.

Well, with the help of my dealer and following you all and most helpful cwazy, I was able to drop the rope easily last night and really ride for the first time. Even tried my first 360. I know day 1 I shouldn't have been thinking of 360s but it felt good. Here is a video. Felt like I was on top of the world driving home from the lake last night. The feeling was just insane and exactly what I wanted. I know that the wave can be cleaner and nicer but once it worked I left it alone. I'm sure my qs setting was too high and my trim tab was off a bit too crushing the wave.. But, it worked... Any critique is welcome. Thanks to everyone who has helped me out!

I have a 04 cyclone with side swipe and made my own suck gate. I used the glass lifter from harbor freight, some shelving brackets I had laying around and some 3/4 wood I had. It's only temporary till I get the wake figured out, then I'll just make a more aesthetically pleasing one. I just got 750s for my rear locker that i haven't hooked up yet soI haven't had a chance to see my gate in action, but if I were you I'd make a make shift one and test it out.... oh and tie a float to it so it doesn't sink if it falls off

Since 2008. I feel like one of the veterans around here. My membership is on auto-pay. I don't get to hang out in this playground quite a much as I used too but still enjoy stopping by to give H2Oking and Volz a bad time. No better forum on the internet. Thanks Admin for all you do. With Ramfill... run 1750 in each rear locker. Then I fill bow sac and add 400-500lbs of lead at front so I am running 900-1000lbs in the bow (this is with light crew and only 2-3 people total, including 1 surfing). With my Nauticurl, works awesome and the push is way better than I could get it listed and the wave is nice and long (I can recover a good 20ft back). So guess the rough formula for my hull is running 25-28% of my weight in bow. I dont have issue taking water over bow cause I have the extra transom weight....and I pay attention, when I stop cause rider falls, I put it straight to neutral, wait about 5 seconds to let wave wash by and then turn around. Perhaps a similar formula will work for you since there is ZERO doubt that bow weight significantly increased the lenght of my pocket by at least 30%, probably more.

No did not try listed. As I'm trying to get away from listing. But I could try it again and let you know the results. Im almost ready to pull out my extra bags and pumps because stock ballast and a few people is all I need now!

I do have quick surf, but only use about 3 clicks. I'm going surfing today, but not on my boat. Going on a 4 day trip to the river next weekend and I'll get some pictures of it listed without using any quick surf for you to compare.
