I think this is a good price for the Bay Area. I've been looking and haven't seen a deal like this with the low hours in a long time. If I had the money I'd jump on this one. :-)

That seems like a fantastic price for a 2007 avy with only 80 hours. The only downside I see (and for that price may not be much of a problem) is that it only has a center ballast tank.

 

Thought I would LOVE to have that Avy...

That's actually a positive.

Less to remove when you go custom with your ballast system...

On the negative, I did notice that it doesn't appear to have perfect pass. No big deal. If you get the boat for the right price it can be easily added.
