Hey everyone!

This is my new Supreme S21

We are brand new to the V-drive world.

I was a solid I/O guy before, always the first one to say that you could wakeboard as good behind an I/O. Then I started my research

not to mention you can't surf!. Well actually Chaparral has a youtube video that has a person surfing behind their I/0. Looks like a good way to...die...

My concern was always the low freeboard that a lot of towboats have, as I have young kids and do a lot of boating on some big lakes that can get rough! As I got further into my research I noticed that the supremes have quite a bit of freeboard and also are known to ride well in rough water because of their DEEP V.

Anyways once we started looking at towboats there was absolutely NO going back to a boring I/O. The supreme (pretty entry level) has a much nicer fit and finish then the top end I/Os. We tossed around a few boats until we decided on the S21. The 226 would have been nice but it is quite a bit more money for something that didn't feel all that much bigger (now I understand they put out a better surf wave, but for someone who has never surfed I think the S21 will be just fine).
