We are looking for some help from the community. One crew member will win a set of CenturionCrew.Com Dock and Fender Lines. We have set up a new section in the CenturionCrew.Com forum for Articles by Members, this will be everything from DIY, How To's, Tips and Tricks. We need crew members to suggest, past and present, threads that would be good to move to this new section. To enter the contest create a post in this thread with a link to the DIY, How To's, Tips and Tricks thread of your choice and a description of what the thread is about. One link per post please, each post with a link will be a ticket for the crew member that posted it to be added to a pot. At the end of the month of July, we will draw one ticket and the crew member on that ticket will win a set of four 1/2in. x 15ft. dock lines and a set of four 3/8in. x 10ft. fender lines, choice of color, delivered to your door.

A few threads have been added to give everyone an idea of what to suggest check out the new Articles by Members section by clicking HERE

The Dock and Fender Lines are American made with the very best quality solid braid polypropylene line. Lines come with the CenturionCrew.Com stacked logo at the base of the pre-spliced loop. Each line has a built in memory making them easy to case/coil without kinking.

Below are some of the characteristics and benefits of solid braid polypropylene:

  • Floats and less likely to get caught in propeller
  • UV Protected so Dock Lines will not fade in the sun
  • Do not absorb moisture
  • Ropes remain soft
  • Will not dry out and become brittle or rough
  • Can be stored wet and will not rot or mildew
  • Resistant to oils, grease, and saltwater
