sagging cargo nets

I have a 2001 Centurion Concourse that I bought used. Everything looks great, but the cargo nets sag horribly. The top bungee / shock cord is stretched out. I am not overly familiar with other Centurion boats. Do many of the Centurion boats have these cargo nets and any ideas on replacing / fixing these?

I have the same nets in my 2001 eclipse and I just fixed them all. I had 2 different kind of nets...ones with a frame around it and ones with plugs over screws. The frame pops off with a bit of careful pulliing and the plugs pop off to reveal screws. Once off you can use the existing rubber bands and just staple them back on.
