PHOTO SHOOT: 2012 Centurion 233 Enzo

We found out last week that the blue and white 2012 Centurion 233 Enzo used in the Centurion photo shot was coming to Texas. Our local dealer Texas Sport Boats had purchased it to be able to have a 2012 model Centurion at the summer boat show. So yesterday after I finished up for the day I headed up I-45 north to visit with the guys and their newest arrival. Big thanks to WakeDiva for helping go through all pictures, the crew at Texas Sport Boats and Lee for staying late while I took the pictures below. Wow!

Holy Cow what a Boat. Love the rear hatch and engine access. Love the Front Speakers. Love the Clarion Stereo. Man did Centurion really step it up with that boat. The interior looks really big. And in a 23' boat. Can not wait to see a 24 footer.

Boat looks nice. I have two quick questions:

1. Does it have cup holders in the bow above the filler cushion. If not, I dont understand that. That is my biggest pet peeve with my Avy.

2. How functional is the sun pad? It looks like both of the grey sections are raised. If so, that does not look very comfortable.

 

General question: Anybody know if they are going to continue to offer the 230+ and 240+ (ie the 2011 versions) with the WS System, color tower, color dash, steering wheel, etc?

Wow! There are a lot of pluses in the new design. Very cool. The only small, very small, complaint I'd have is that the hinges for the center hatch are on the outside. Doesn't look clean to me. Wish the hinges were on the inside where they are hidden. But that is a very creative design for the rear hatch. Do the locker doors have to be open before the center can be lifted? Also, do the locker doors lock? I see there is no longer a twist handle or whatever it is called...

I dig the transom and the integrated cup holders are awesome back there. Not fond of the colored dash.
