Bow Ballast for an Enzo

I have a few questions about the factory installed bow ballast sac in an enzo 230 or 240.

 

How much weight is it when full?

 

How many ports does it come with (holes for fill, drain, and overflow/vent) and where are they located?

 

Where do they run the vent/overflow lines to? Do they go to the rear of the boat where the other factory overflows go to?

 

And if the vent/overflows go to the rear of the boat... do you have problems of water siphoning off the sac during starting and stopping?
